What are the best types of girls’ pajamas for the winter? Summer?

When choosing pajamas for the season, whether it’s spring, summer, fall or winter, one of the most important things to consider is temperature. For girls’ sleepwear for the winter, this means staying warm. At Lands’ End, we carry pajamas for girls made of materials such as fleece and flannel to keep them warm.

Another way to stay warm is to think in layers. Try one of our girls’ robes that come in cute patterns that can be thrown over a pair of pajamas for extra warmth. Or, if too many pieces will make your child uncomfortable, try footed fleece sleepers.

The best summer sleepwear for girls is made from materials like cotton and jersey to knit to keep them cool. Depending on what makes your child comfortable, this could mean picking out a cute short sleeve and shorts pajama set, or a short sleeve nightgown.

What types of girls’ sleepwear are available from Lands’ Ends?

At Lands’ End, we understand that when you shop for pajamas, comfort is the priority, and for each child, that can mean something different. We pride ourselves on offering a range of styles of high-quality, comfy pajamas made from a variety of soft yet durable fabrics.

Some of the types of girls’ pajamas we carry include:

We also carry fun socks and comfy slippers designed like animals.

What sizes of girls’ sleepwear are available?

We carry pajamas for girls in a range of sizes, including toddler, little kid, and big kid, so you can find the pajamas you need.

For more detailed sizing information with measurements, look for the “Size Charts” on each product page for a chart for that category of clothing.

Not sure what your child’s measurements are? The good news is you can measure them at home. To start, measure your child’s height (without shoes) from the floor to the top of their head. Then measure their waist and chest. The final measurement you might need is their inseam, which you can measure by using a pair of pants that already fit

How can I return pajamas that don’t fit, or my child doesn’t like?

If your return is eligible, you have two options: in-store or by mail. For an in-store return, bring the merchandise and proof of purchase, such as the packing slip, to the Lands' End store near you.

To complete a return by mail, use the Easy Return shipping label found on the packing slip of your merchandise. For full policy details and return instructions, see our Returns Page.
