"I just wanted to submit a thank you to the monogram team for going above and beyond to help me monogram my dad's new Wisconsin red Squall Parka that I gave to him. Since the 1990's, my dad, a UW-Madison alumni, has been a loyal fan and season ticket holder of Wisconsin Badger volleyball, football, and basketball. Due to the increasing popularity over the past few years, my dad's loyalty to the Badger volleyball team has reached a whole new level, leading to him sitting outside of the Field House for 3+ hours before the doors opened for every single home game so he could get his front row seat (since he has general admission tickets). Through the rain, freezing temperatures, snow, and wind, my dad's loyalty to the program became well known, and his nickname "Front Row Tim" was born! This year, he mentioned he wanted a new RED Squall Parka to replace his black Lands' End Squall Parka that he has had for years, so I knew exactly what to get him for Christmas. I thought it would be great to get it monogramed with "#FrontRowTim" but that was 2 characters too long for the 10-character limit online. So, after peak season, I reached out to Kayla Spurley to see if anything could be done. Within a couple of weeks, Kayla and her team in monogramming worked their magic. I will never forget the smile on my dad's face when I was able to return his squall parka to him with the monogram "#FrontRowTim" on it.
