1. Plus-size jeans
The best part about this classic is the options! Our plus-size jeans come in skinny, straight, boot cut, high rise, or mid-rise. Skinny jeans are incredibly versatile and can be styled in so many ways. You can even opt for an elastic waistband for added comfort! Straight and boot cuts are a little bit trickier when it comes to styling. Luckily, with boot-cut the name really gives it all away – boots are the best accessory for this classic jean type, or you can go for a sneaker to keep things casual. Straight is an incredibly flattering silhouette. Although we tend to see more skinny jeans than straight, we highly recommend living life on the wild side and taking a risk here. This really shouldn't come as any surprise. Dresses come in so many different shapes, sizes, and colors, so this easily puts them at the #2 spot on our list of plus-size classics. What's even better? Dresses have this very sneaky way of making it look like you went above and beyond to look ultra-chic that day when in reality it took you probably 10 minutes or less. It's as close as you're going to get to that popular “I woke up like this” mindset. Another fantastic reason why dresses are so classic is the accessorizing capability they offer. Any shoe pairs well with a dress, and depending on the style. So, grab your favorite heels, wedges, flats, boots, even sneakers. Your shoes can dress your dress up or down! In addition, you can also add other accessories like a scarf, a cute hat, or even go for a belt to show off those curves.
3. Plus-size coats
Sure, this classic won't necessarily be options year-round, but that doesn't change the fact that our plus-size winter coats are a wardrobe staple you'll need for the rest of your life. Cold winter weather is inevitably going to come each and every year no matter how much we try getting away with wearing a swimsuit in January. That way, you’ll not be uncomfortable when someone turns up the air conditioning in the summer or if it unexpectedly rains tomorrow when you're out shopping.
4. Plus-size blouses and tops
If there's ever been a more consistent fashion item, it's the top. Every woman needs her tops. Short sleeve or long, turtleneck or scoop, collared or not … the list goes on! For such a classic piece, you want to own it in standard colors like black and white, but what we've grown to love is that prints and vibrant hues are here to stay, too!
