Lands’ End buildings are Energy Star certified, meeting strict energy performance standards set by the EPA. We swap and recycle fluorescent lamps for energy-efficient LEDs and climate-control buildings based on occupancy.
In 2020, Lands’ End generated 4,213 tons of waste in the US, a 2.5% decrease from 2019. Of that, we recycled 92%, totaling 3,889 tons. At our European HQ, we generated 480 metric tons of waste and recycled 96%, totaling 460 metric tons.
