I grant to Lands' End, its representatives and employees the worldwide right and license to copyright, reproduce and/or publish at any time, in print, broadcast, electronic or other media, photographic portraits or images, testimonial, name and likeness (the “Images”) for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, promotional materials, catalogs, retail signage or advertising, Internet, social media activities, press releases, advertisements, and other public relations activities in perpetuity.

I hereby authorize Lands' End to make derivative works from the Images and use them for any such purposes, without compensation; provided, however, that Lands' End shall be under no obligation to use the Images for any purpose. This release constitutes the entire agreement between Lands' End and myself and supersedes any and all other agreements, statements, representations and understandings, whether made verbally or in writing, concerning the subject matter hereof.
