Women's Polartec 100 V-neck Pullover
Love this fabric
I have this weight fleece in henley and v-neck versions and much prefer
them to a wool sweater. Every year I look for a cardigan version without a hood, maybe slightly dressier, which would be great for travel in an off-white and black. Never find it. Lands End..... You need a lightweight fleece jacket/sweater offering!

Fabric is much too lightweight and warmth is not there.
I was happy to see these for sale again. I have a closet full of similar crew, turtleneck and v neck polar fleece tops, but wanted the new color. Unfortunately, it was only half as warm because the fabric is so much lighter. Also, when I put one on, a bunch of threads snapped because there was no stretch in the sewing. That's why they are on sale. Poor quality.

Coziest shirt for cool days
I own six of these shirts, three of the v-neck from this year, and three of the crew-necks from two years ago. I love all of them, but have to say that I like the v-necks the best, being one of those people that doesn't like much fabric around the neck, and I like the new longer length of the v-necks. They are very cozy and immediately warm you up. (Yes, occasionally we get cold days in Florida too). The colors are nice (more colors next year please, Lands End!), and they wash perfectly. Highly recommended.

nice light fabric, but very boxy fit
The fabric i soft and light, and the pullover is comfortable. However, boxy is an understatement -- I ordered and extra small (5' 3", 115 lbs) and it fits like a sack. But it is a good, lighter-weight alternative to a sloppy sweatshirt. The red was an orange red, but it is fine if you are expecting it. In the end, I'll keep it.

All time fav new fleece
I bought the Indonesian Teal color early winter 2013. I loved it so much a bought a spare and threw in a black one even though I never wear black. When wearing it, I want to cuddle with myself. It's the warmest, softest, cuddliest top. I have red hair and the Ind.Teal looks fab with it. I have been a persistent buyer of a similar fleece from a popular store that opened in 1994. If Land's End comes out with more colors, I'll be replacing my old fleece tops from the other store as colors come out. The length is super, just past mid hip. The arm length is just long enough to keep my wrists warm without being too long. The V neck keeps it from looking to casual like a crew neck would. I would be game for a scoop or ballet neck.

Love the shirt. Wish it came in earth tone colors - like Forest Green, Dark Brown and Burnt Orange!Like the fit and the warmth, just not happy about the colors!

Disappointed in fit
Purchased this on sale in the Boxing Week sales 2013.
I have the crew version from a couple of years ago but I've lost weight since then and it is now too big. I ordered this in a size SMALLER than the previous one, and it actually seems to be LARGER! Looks obviously sloppy and the sleeves are way too long (and I have longish arms!)
Don't want to return and order a smaller one in case it is true to size and would then be too small. Plus, with shipping rates, it is not really economic when the item was on sale.
Coincidentally I also purchased a hooded zip jacket on the same order and it was too big as well, yet the down jacket was the correct fit, as were the starfish pants. I have ordered numerous items from Lands' End before and sizing was never an issue.
I do not need more 'too big' clothes hanging in my closet!

Lightweight and warm
I am 5' 2" and ordered a regular small in purple beet. The fit is on the loose side. I assume room was left for layering. If you want it more fitted, order one size smaller. It is extremely light and I love the color. I have ordered these in the past, but with the crew collar. The length is fine on me at just about mid hip.

I should have bought more of these...
Decided I needed a couple of lighter-weight fleece tops. Land's End sent me an e-mail with these featured on sale, so I tried a couple. By the time I found out how glorious they are, they were sold out in my size in the other colors! I tried the old writing-to-customer-service routine to find out when they would have more and discovered, alas, that the answer is "Next fall." Sigh...broke down and ordered one in the Tall sizes that duplicated one of my colors. I'll just shorten the sleeves or roll them up. Am hoping that "next fall" will also show an expanded selection of colors. These could become the uniform of the day for me next fall and winter. Fit is comfy, sizing is true, and the fabric is great. It washes like a dream (I use cold water, hang to dry on a plastic hanger, although the tag says you can throw it in the dryer) and looks very nice with slacks, a skirt, or just your knock-around jeans. Keep an eye out for "next fall" and order all that you want the first time. There won't be any leftovers!
