Forbes Names Lands’ End to 2019 Midsize Companies List
Company Makes Forbes’ Best Midsize Employer List for the Third Consecutive Year

DODGEVILLE, WIS. May 23, 2019 –Lands' End, Inc. (NASDAQ: LE), a leading uni-channel retailer known for high-quality apparel for the whole family, has been named to Forbes' list of America's Best Midsize Employers for the third consecutive year. The company is ranked No. 69 on this year's midsize companies list, which includes companies from a variety of industries such as healthcare, technology and financial services.

America's Best Midsize Employers are chosen based on an independent survey of 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. The list seeks to discover which companies operating in the U.S. are best at making their employees feel happy, inspired, and well-compensated.

"We're honored to be named as one of America’s best midsize employers for the third year in a row," said Jerome Griffith, chief executive officer and president, Lands' End. "Our employees go above and beyond to create a customer centric culture that is synonymous with our brand. We’re proud that we can provide our employees with a great work atmosphere where they truly enjoy going every day.”

Lands’ End is committed to providing their employees with a rewarding, well-balanced life by honoring values that are deeply rooted in helping their employees and their families lead healthier, happier lives. Lands’ End has programs in place that aim to keep employees healthy, including the Comer Center, a multi-million dollar complex in the center of the Dodgeville campus that acts as a hub for health and wellness activities. The Comer Center gives Lands' End employees, retirees and their families access to dozens of programs, including CPR training, basketball, swimming, knitting classes, prenatal care and martial arts.

Forbes America's Best Employers 2019 Methodology
To determine the list, Statista surveyed 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. All surveys were anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions. The respondents were asked to rate, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others. Statista then asked respondents to nominate organizations in industries outside of their own. The final list ranks the 500 large and 500 midsize employers that received the most recommendations.
