Lands' End Retail Overview & History

Lands' End Stores Today: Retail Re-Imagined

For nearly sixty years, customers have welcomed the Lands’ End catalog into their homes. In 1995, the iconic brand introduced its friendly service and quality apparel for the whole family to the Internet, with the launch of landsend.com. Today, Lands’ End invites customers inside its newest home: our company-operated stores in six states.

Each location is warm and welcoming. Customers will find a curated merchandise selection of bestsellers and soon-to-be favorites. From products to services, each location is thoughtfully designed to give customers a greater opportunity to experience the brand in person. Customers can touch and see the quality, enjoy the value and appreciate the timeless style.

Technology enhanced services, including a shopping kiosk and a mobile tablet, allow for quick checkout, returns and better access to order and product information. Plus, there’s free shipping for orders placed at the store and free returns at the store. All items are backed by the company’s return policy: If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time. See our Returns Page for full policy details and return instructions.

More Lands’ End stores are planned in the future. To find the store nearest you, please visit https://www.landsend.com/co/StoreLocator.
