Size Charts

Our size charts are available in both inches and centimeters and include measuring instructions. If you are unsure about size, please take your measurements. Doing so will greatly reduce the guesswork - and the need to return something that doesn't fit! How to Measure

Neck

Measure a shirt with a collar that fits you well. Open the shirt and lay the collar flat. Measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the button hole. The measurement in inches is your collar size. (Alternatively, measure around the base of your neck, inserting a finger or two between the tape and your neck to allow for comfort.)

Chest

With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. With a friend's help, measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

Overarm

Measure around your chest including the fullest part of your arms at the highest point of your shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. If this measurement is 7 or more inches larger than your chest measurement, order the next larger size sportcoat to avoid binding in the upper arm and shoulder area.

Height

Stand in stocking feet with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Regular, Tall, Trim, Short or Big?

Regular

Regular describes a well-proportioned body 5'8" - 6'0" tall, with hips and chest of equal girth.

Tall

Tall describes a height of over 6'1" tall, with a long torso or sleeve length. Body length of shirts is 2" longer than Regular. Coat sleeve and body length is 1-1/2" longer.

Tailored

Closer-to-the-body fit throughout. Shirts are tapered with a 3 3/4" drop from chest to waist.

Short

Short describes a body of 5'3" - 5'7", with a short torso or sleeve length. The garment body is 2" shorter and sleeves are 1 1/2" shorter than Regular.

Big

Big describes a body of 5'8" or taller with a less athletic profile. Pockets and other details increase in size for a pleasing proportion.
