- Please add 1-2 business days to expected delivery times for orders with monogramming, engraving or hemming.
- Please add 3-5 business days to expected delivery times for orders with embroidery.
- Please add 3-5 business days to expected delivery times for orders with school logo. Logo processing times may be a bit longer from July 1 - August 31.
- Our Standard Shipping combines the efficiency of UPS with the convenience of USPS. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS. (To ensure delivery within 4-6 business days, your final carrier may vary.)
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.
- Some Home products (such as furniture, Holiday greenery, and other items) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and have delivery times longer than our standard 4-6 business days, with no shipping upgrade available.
