We try our best to have enough inventory available for our customers, but occasionally we underestimate the popularity of an item. Most often we are able to reserve the item for you on backorder.
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost to you, via UPS. (The original shipping dates will still apply to any other items on your order.)
You can review the status of the backordered item from your Personal Shopping Account by clicking on "Order History & Tracking."

There are times when a shipment of backordered products is unexpectedly delayed from our vendors. When this happens, we will send you an email indicating which item has been delayed and its new estimated shipping date. If the new shipping date is unacceptable to you, you may cancel the backordered item.
