Return Options

If you purchased at a Lands’ End Shop at Sears®

  • Purchases made in our retail Lands’ End Shop at Sears may be returned to any Lands’ End Shop at Sears or any full line Sears® store.
  • Make sure to bring the original receipt/gift receipt for the items you wish to return.

Please Note: Sears® and Lands’ End Shops at Sears cannot accept returns of items purchased at Lands’ End Stores, Lands’ End Pop-Up Shops, or Lands’ End Business Outfitters.

If you purchased at a Lands’ End Retail Store (Outlet or Inlet)

  • Purchases made at one of our retail stand-alone Lands’ End stores or Lands’ End Outlets may be returned to any Lands’ End store or Lands’ End Outlet.
  • Make sure to bring the original receipt/gift receipt for the items you wish to return.

Please note: Lands’ End Stores and Lands’ End Outlets cannot accept returns of items purchased at Lands’ End Shops at Sears.

If you purchased at a seasonal or temporary Lands’ End Pop-Up Shop

  • Purchases made at one of our Lands’ End Pop-Up Shops may only be returned to Lands’ End using the return information included with your purchase.
  • Make sure to include the original receipt for the items you wish to return.
  • Fill out and include the Return Form.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days, along with those lacking proof of purchase from Lands' End, will be issued via Lands' End Merchandise Credit.
  • Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price when accompanied by proof of purchase from Lands' End. If neither the customer, nor Lands' End can locate this documentation, refunds will be issued at the value determined by Lands' End.
  • Exchanges will be issued for same-style merchandise, if available, when accompanied by proof of purchase from Lands' End. If neither the customer, nor Lands' End can locate this documentation and/ or same-style merchandise is not available, refunds will be issued at a value determined by Lands' End.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased from landsend.com or a Lands’ End catalog goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, Lands’ End will refund the difference upon request.
