Back-to-School Outfits for College Students
It’s hard to believe that the back-to-school season is already upon us, but, students are back at their desk chairs and pools and beaches are starting to empty until next year. For college students, back-to-school shopping generally centers around comfort—comfortable outfits that can be worn on study days, in lecture halls and on coffee dates with friends. According to The Everygirl, oversized button-up tops are set to be all the rage this fall, which makes them a great option for students looking to jump on the latest trends. Get yourself an oversized button-up top to wear over a neutral-colored t-shirt or women’s cotton tank top. Next, wear this top tucked into a pair of high-rise jeans and a pair of short, leather boots for a look that can easily take you from class to a dinner date.
Maxi Skirt and Cute Top
Maxi skirts are back for fall. The Everygirl article notes that “hems are taking a much longer turn for fall. Long, draping maxi skirts in all shapes and sizes are the perfect juxtaposition to the ultra-minis of late.” Conveniently for college students, maxi skirts are also a comfortable and easy item to throw on before heading out to class, too. For the new school year, you can wear a T-shirt dress with a denim jacket or hip-length cardigan—this way, you’ll stay warm as you wear this classic dress. For shoes, fashion sneakers are a great option because of their casual nature.

Tunic and Leggings
Sitting in class all day or hunkering down for an evening study session requires comfort, so leggings are an excellent choice for college students looking to be cute and comfy. Pair them with some jeans for an easy look, or something even more classically preppy, go with khakis.
