A Gift Card works like a debit card and can be applied to any Lands’ End® purchase up to the amount for which it was issued, including all merchandise, shipping charges, taxes or special services like monogramming and gift boxing. It’s a can’t-miss gift that allows recipients to pick out exactly what they want! Plastic Gift Cards are available in designs for all occasions and are mailed in an attractive packet. eGift Cards are also available in many designs and delivered via email.

As of Oct. 13, 2018, Lands’ End no longer accepts Sears® or Kmart® Gift Cards to be used as payment towards a Lands’ End purchase for online orders, call center orders, and in-store purchases at the Lands’ End stand-alone retail stores. No. As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card, it will not expire. You can spend it anytime. And unlike some other companies, we do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
The same way you return all other Lands' End® merchandise. If you ask for a refund on an item, we will issue a Lands' End Merchandise Credit for the amount of the refund.

Yes. Any combination of Lands’ End® Gift Cards and/or credit card may be applied toward your Lands’ End® purchase.
We will replace a lost or stolen Gift Card if you have the card number OR can provide the name of the purchaser and the intended recipient. Please call 1-888-462-4704 to report your missing card. If you purchased the card from a Land’ End® retail location, the card number will be on the receipt. Unfortunately, without the appropriate customer information or proof of purchase, we cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
To be certain an eGift Card has been received, please check with the recipient. Most eGift Cards are delivered successfully within 4 hours of your order. However, as with all email, a number of factors could prevent a card from being delivered to a recipient’s in-box. A full inbox, an invalid email address or a spam filter can prevent an eGift Card from reaching its intended recipient. If we are notified that an eGift Card has not been delivered, we can assist in resending the eGift card or you can go to the link at the bottom of your Order Receipt. Enter the email address and confirmation number associated with the Gift Card, then select the "Track" button. Once the Gift Card appears, select the "Send" button. Enter the appropriate email address and select "Submit." The Gift Card has now been resent.

Gift Cards can be issued for any amount between minimum of $15.00 (eGift Card $10) and a maximum of $500.
The plastic Gift Card is sent in a packet that includes the name of the sender, the name of the recipient, the amount of the card and optional gift message. Gift boxing is not currently available for Gift Cards.
There is no charge for shipping the Gift Card packet, which normally takes 3-4 business days (please allow an extra day or two during the holiday season). You can select Express & you’ll be charged for the upgrade.

The Lands’ End® Gift Card is plastic and looks like a credit card. It has both a 16-digit Gift Card number and an 8-digit PIN number on the back to use for redemption. Prior to the introduction of Gift Cards, we issued Gift Certificates, which are paper and look like a birth certificate. It has an 8-digit number on the front to use for redemption. Although we no longer issue Lands’ End® Gift Certificates, we still accept them.
