To return items in store, bring the merchandise and proof of purchase, such as the shipment notification email, to a Lands’ End store near you.
To return items in-person or by mail, see our Returns Portal. Please note that a flat fee of $8.95 (US only, $10.95 for Canada) will be deducted from your original method of payment. If you return US Domestic items within 90 days of purchase AND you select to receive a Merchandise Credit for your refund, the $8.95 return processing fee will be waived.
Personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or embroidery, and items marked final sale may not be returned to Lands’ End and are expressly excluded by our Return Policy.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Styles designated as Final Sale will be clearly noted on the product page and/or during checkout.
