To look at sustainability from all aspects, Lands' End reviews the practices of its business partners in both the United States and Worldwide. By joining with members from other retailers, Lands' End is able to leverage third-party groups to monitor sustainability at the vendor level.
Textile Exchange
This year, Lands' End joined the Textile Exchange organization, and is working with them to learn more about alternative sustainable fabrics and how they can be used in our clothing.
Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA)
Through Sears Holdings Company, Lands' End has become a member of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and has been named to the supplier sustainability task force along with members from Target, J.Crew, Walmart, Sears and others.
