Women's Woven Textured A-line Skirt
Love the pockets! Comfy affordable

Read several previous reviews, but this skirt is really nice! I originally ordered it in size 4, but it was too big. Skeptical, but pleasantly surprised as the size 2 fit! A little loose, in waist, but that's ok. Love the "just enough warmth" to still wear in spring time (NY has still been a little cool). Will definitely use this in the fall & winter. Thank you, Lands End for making such wonderful quality clothing that is still stylish, yet modest. Love it!

I'm so excited about this skirt!
I ordered this skirt in the plaid camel color. I absolutely love it. The fit is perfect. The material is relatively lightweight, good for fall, winter and spring (skirt is lined, so not a summer skirt for northern Indiana where I live). The only drawback to this skirt is that it is DRY CLEAN ONLY. I did not notice that when ordering. Otherwise, I can't wait to wear this skirt out.

Cute Wool skirt
I always wanted a plaid skirt and this camel plaid is so cute and perfect! The pockets are bit showy as mentioned by other reviewers but not bothering for me. The color and the fit are too perfect and I usually wear it with a fitted hip length sweaters/tops for skirts. In this case I wear it with Rose sweater and it is perfect and the rockets are not at all showy.

Great for work, looks good with boots or shoes. It does run big. Hits me around the knee. I am 5' 5", 120 lb and I got a size 2, and it's a little loose, but I like my clothes loose.

Nice professional looking winter skirt but runs BIG
Love the pattern and the length but it does run BIG. I am pear-shaped with a small waist and large hips. Based on previous reviews I ordered a size 4, when I normally need an 8 or 10 for my hips. Since it's A-lined the size 4 fits my hips perfectly. The waist is a little big but I'm going to wear it a few times to see if I'll have it taken in. The pockets do stick out a bit but again I'm going to wear it first and decide if I'll have a tailor sew up the pockets. Otherwise, cute and nice quality.

Great material, bad fit
I was happy with the Material, but very unhappy with the fit. The model shows the skirt falling bellow the knee, it is not the case, I am petite size 10 but I ordeedr size 12 to be on the longer side. However the size 12 was still short above my knees, unles I pull the skirt to my hips, I also purchase a beautiful cardigan and a shell to match my new skirt. I hate to send it all back !
Another thing that bothered me was the side pockets they stay open and may my hips look even wider. So sorry, I wish they made a A- line or pencil skirt on this wonderful material.

great fabric, poor design and fit
I was so excited when I first saw this skirt in camel with brown and fuchsia plaid. It is an unusual and stunning color combination. I couldn't wait to wear it with my fuchsia sweater and brown boots. I was so disappointed when I received the skirt and tried it on. The pockets gape at the hips and ruin the line of the skirt. The waistband is bulky and unflattering. You can even see it on the models. I should have paid better attention. I considered having it altered to remove the waistband and pockets, but decided against it. I had to return the skirt. I really hope Lands End will redesign this skirt without the waistband and pockets. It could be outstanding!

The quality of the material and construction of the skirt is excellent, but....the cut and fit of it is Terrible! The pockets are poorly placed and bulge out at the side, even though the rest of the skirt fit big. When you sit the pockets gape open like wings off your hips - super unflattering. Also the view from the side is not great - it sort of has a bell shape or very very wide A line. I really wanted to like this skirt because the material and detailed construction is really high-end, but it really is unwearable. FYI - 5'8" 160, size 12

love this skirt but I had to exchange it for a smaller size. I normally wear an 8 and took a 4! skirt is well made and lined!
