Women's Vivian Venetian Flat Shoes
Very cute; insole is not very comfortable.
Very cute. I had to put a thin insole in to keep the bottom of my feet from feeling pinched when I stood or walked in them. It may be worth it to upsize 1/2 size to put a better insole in.

Wish these shoes would have fit!
I wanted these shoes to fit...I wear a 10 Wide and at first thought there was some sizing mistake when I tried them on, as they were very narrow. Unfortunately there was no sizing mistake...these shoes are just not true to size and I had to return them. Too bad, because I loved the look and would have ordered additional colors had this pair fit.

Love the look, love the feel, but...
I have two pairs of the Venetian flats, and I love the look and comfort of both. I spend a great deal of the day on my feet, and these shoes are very comfortable. my feet are fairly narrow and I have a good natural arch, so the regular width works well for me. The only issue I have with these, is that within the first two hours of wearing them, both big toes (on both pairs of shoes) have rubbed a small hole into the lining. I haven't had them long enough to see if this will create a problem, but it is something to consider.

I had high hopes for these shoes. They were very cute. However, they were so painful. I normally wear a size 9, and the overall fit was right. But, even with a part-day of gentle wear (not walking much, sitting mostly) the back of the shoe dug into my heel so badly that it literally cut through the skin, and I couldn't wear shoes with a back for a full week. I promptly returned these. I think there must be some sort of design flaw, as I don't usually have any trouble with LE's shoes.

I recently had hip surgery and was told to buy some flat shoes. This shoe is great and fit the doctor's recommendation. I bought it in black suede in a wide width. Not only is it comfortable but the cut makes it look dressy. I would definitely buy this shoe in the other colors!

Arch in wrong spot
I loved the look of these but the arch support has a ridge that hit almost in the middle of my foot, and I do not have wide feet. Very uncomfortable and disappointing because the outside styling was great.

So uncomfortable. Bumpy arch support is in the wrong place, painful. And even if that wasn't the case, the shoe itself would be too hard. Too bad. Really could use. Both colors going back.

Beautiful styling, poor fit
I ordered a 6 wide; it was a bit snug across the instep--but the biggest problem was the heel. It rubbed my heel raw as soon as I put them on, and wearing them around the house for 15 minutes didn't help, so I had to return them. Ordering a half or whole size up won't solve that problem because if the shoe were longer, then my heel would come up out of it and rub even worse. Pity, because it is a beautiful shoe. I wish these came with a roomier toe box and a softer, more cushioned heel counter. Maybe this style just isn't good for my foot.

Bad fit and no padding
I have the penny loafer moc and love them, and I needed a black moc. Thought these would work and would be a little dressier. I ordered 6.5 wide like the penny loafer. The toes are too tight, there isn't any padding in the bed of the shoe, and the heel rubs up and down. First day of wearing them to work I went home with a blister and toe cramping. Throwing these in the back of the closet and ordering black penny loafers. What a waste of money! I expect more from Lands' End, and especially for the full price I paid!

Good as it gets!
Just like a lot of other women, I definitely have foot/shoe issues. I work on my feet all day and would not wear these to work. Having said that, I've worn these out & about, shopping and such, and they were comfortable. My feet don't bother me during or after wearing them. That's hard to find in a flat. And how cute they are with skinny crops!
