Women's True Slim Chinos
Love these pants, wish there wasn't so much size variability between colors!
I ordered these pants in Deep Burgundy (size 2) in August, 2013. The fit was great, and since I'm only 5'2", the length was perfect. I ordered these pants again (in the same size), but in Blue Jay in May 2014 and the fit was noticeably tighter in the butt and thighs. I had to return that pair and have just reordered the same size in the Wrought Iron color, hoping the fit will be more like my first pair.

Please keep making this style!
This fit is perfect for me. I'm 25 years old, and have been looking for chinos to wear to work. Every pair I've tried on at lands end has been way too big in the thigh and butt region, and just not flattering on me at all. Every other brand of chino is too cheaply made, and the fabric is usually too thin. I almost gave up looking! I am 5'5 and 115-120 pounds and carry my weight in my bottom, but I have a narrow frame. These pants fit me perfectly for work, and even for casual wear. They are slim fit, but not skin tight. The waist is not to short, so they don't ride up my bum, and in general these pants are just really comfortable. Also the construction and material is really good considering the affordable cost. Please, lands end, continue this style through the fall -- Maybe in corduroy too!

Great fit, flattering, modern style
I love these pants! I'm usually a 4 petite in land's end but ordered these even though they don't come in petite. I cuff them and wear them with flats or casual sneakers and they're super cute, I get compliments on how flattering them are! Definitely love all the colors and the cut. Great fit.

I bought 5 pairs of these and returned one, the lavender and only because the color was much lighter than pictured and did not appeal to me as much. But, great pants with an organic feel on the body. . I got the size 2 and the fit is perfect. I am 5 feet tall and 108 pounds with legs that are a bit longer than the average petite and a shorter torso and average lengths work best on me. I got the burgundy, walnut, khaki and peacock blue (which was as pictured). I plan to wear them with button down shirts and slouchy Canvas Line tops and T's. I love the Canvas Line.

Bought 4 pairs but should have waited...
I am not head-over-heels in love with these pants but I did buy them in 4 different colors because I do like them a lot. I am 5' 7" and weigh 135. I ordered the 1st pair in a 6 and they fit good when I tired them on so I ordered 3 more pair but I wish I had waited to order more because after a few hours of wear I realized that the 4 would have probably fit much better. They are just right in the legs and hips but the waist, which sits really low is too big and gaps out in back. I also need a belt to hold them up. The length is good. They look good with flats but are too casual to put with heels.

Best pants ever!
I have to say, these are the best fitting pants I've ever owned. Not only are they the perfect length, but they aren't "super skinny" like some other pants are. I am slowly amassing a collection of these, one in almost every color!

I didn't think I loved skinny pants until I discovered these nicely tailored pants. They are great for work paired with boots and a blazer. The material is silky soft and the wrought iron color is a great neutral hue. I am 5'3", weigh 145 lbs, waist around 29", hips 39". I usually order a 30.5" inseam with LE size 8 and this has combination has fit me perfectly for years. I did not have any problems with these pants being too slim, and I am a pronounced pear shape. I am ordering more!

Nice light weight material for spring/summer!
I ordered the Peacock Blue and the color is lovely in person. These are almost perfect for me. Unlike the first 2 reviewers, these pants aren't too fitted for me, just the right amount of looseness around the thigh area considering I've got thick thighs and calves (around ~115 lbs, 26~27-inch waist/34-inch hips). The waist is a bit loose (probably 1/4 inch) but workable with a belt; no muffin top. I wish it came in petite sizing so the length can accommodate my short legs (I'm 5'0) but the pants overall does work for me. I can't wait to wear them more in the warmer months!

I didn't notice that the inseam is only 30.5 in. They definitely don't look like in the picture on me. Also, the fit is very slim, I have large calf muscles, so they are very tight fitting. Otherwise they are nice.

Not meant for larger legs. I normally wear a size 6 in the LE Fit 1, but these were way too fitted in the leg for me. Perhaps because the leg was too fitted, the pockets did not lie flat against the hip. The waist was okay, a bit big, but workable with a belt. Loved the pink color and the fabric was fine, but unless you are thinner, I wouldn't recommend these.
