Women's Squareneck Slender Suit Swimdress
I really liked this suit expect that ii is incredibly too tight. I ordered a size larger as suggested and still ended up sending it back because it was too tight. I could've exchanged it for yet another size up (now 2 sizes higher than normal) but opted to keep a different suit instead. Would be very flattering if size was right. I'm not hung up on the number, just don't want to fool with back and forth exchanging through the mail.

I really liked the look and color but it didn't come close to fitting!
I usually wear a size 10 so since the purple one was on sale, I decided to give it a try, even though the reviewers said to order a size larger. Unfortunately, there was no size 12 on sale. I couldn't even get the size 10 above my knees! Sorry Lands End, I'll be returning it to Sears.

Not much to recommend
I am 5'2" , 148 lbs. and somewhat apple shaped. I usually wear a size 12 but ordered this in a 16 petite based on reviews. It was still almost impossible to pull up esp. since I have arthritis in my shoulders. The bust is cloth lined & didn't offer the coverage I would have liked. The waist was very tight and not enough material in that area made it look stretched over my abdomen & the straps were oddly placed.. It was not at all comfortable. The skirt was also about 2" longer than I would have considered flattering even though it was a petite. Needless to say, the suit was returned.

LOVE this suit!
I'm super self-conscious of my upper thighs. They are not fit for public view. I'm also petite (5'1") and "curvy" (size 12-14) and 35. Finding something that meets my needs and doesn't age me is a challenge. I tried this on in a Sears and it was so perfect (and not even a petite size). I'm headed to Hawaii in a couple of weeks and I know I'll feel great playing on the beach with my son, snorkeling, or walking down to the beach from the condo. I'm normally a size C bra cup and I like the coverage and support this suit offers without looking too modest or sporty. I've owned another slender suit from LE and I didn't size up. It was NOT comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the underwires poked at me. I sized up with this one and I'm glad I did. I wore it in the hot tub last night and it was so comfortable. It's WAY more than I've ever spent for a suit, but I can already tell it will be well worth it.

Great suit. High quality and it does what it claims...holds everything in!! Love it!
I was apprehensive about the color, since there wasn't a color swatch of it online. (Hmmm...wild grape??) It turned out to be a really vivid purple... of a good nature! Would highly recommend this and the sizes are true. (Order one size up if you don't want it too tight. It is a swimsuit/girdle!)

I am large busted and this shows more cleaverage that I would like.
I took this bathing suit and another 5 year old Land's End bathing suit on a recent vacation to Florida. I like the length of this new suit and I like the way it makes me look. The only problem is that I am large busted and the top wasn't as big as I would have liked. It probably wouldn't have bothered most wearers but I ended up wearing my old one and just putting a cover up on when I walked on the beach.

nice bathing suit
I ordered the navy..very nice...a little longer than I thought, but that's okay, covers more! (I'm 5'4") As I believe you are suppose to do, I sized up from my regular size and it fits well. Can't wait for the weather to wear!

I love this suit.
First, the pros:
Modest but cute
Beautiful color (liberty blue)
Good seat coverage
Nice coverage for hips and thighs without looking like you're trying
Really nice fabric
Now the cons:
Any suit at this price should have a real, adjustable bra in it, especially for D cup and above. I have gotten ones at department stores for less. Not enough support and modesty as is. Thin mesh bra shows everything if you get a chill, as others have noted
This suit can be flattering, but it's not going to do any miracles ;-)
With all of that said, I still love the suit. I ordered a 14 with hip and bust measurements in that range (but smaller waist) and it fit nicely. I wear DD to DDD, and the support is not flattering in my opinion (though my husband says it's fine). I will either take up the straps and slip in foam cups from an old bra or cut out the underwire and just sew in a real bra. One could just wear a bra underneath, too, if it doesn't show. Tried it with the bra underneath, and it looked great (but showed ever so little). I think the cross-pieces under the bust are much more flattering with some support of the bust.
That's a lot of extra work for a suit of this price, but I like it and have a hard time finding one that fits and flatters at any price. I will say that I love the length. I am 5'6" with long legs, and I think it's perfect for me.

I was so excited to get something I thought I could swim in AND wear into a resort restaurant for modesty, but I look like a throw back to the 1920s aboard a cruise ship. I did order up a size (size 6) and so the dress fit really well BUT it looked like the swim suit I wore reluctantly during my maternity. Somehow I also misunderstood this is a full swimsuit underneath and also order an unnecessary bikini bottom. Too bad, hope this helps others because I LOVE the separates like the swim mini and tops.
