Women's Sport Tankini Supplex Swim Skort
Like the shorts underneath
Just purchased these at Sears after trying both the supplex shorts with regular panty and this skort. I like the boy shorts underneath because it doesn't bind as tightly at the waist and legs like the regular panty, but is still snug all over. Based on the sizing charts I have size 10 hips and a size 12 waist, and the 10 was a great fit.

I have and love the older version with side zip and hidden swim suit bottom.
Walk , swim , cycle , sail. The older version is the perfect at home or travel piece. Dries quickly after swimming , too. Comfortable and flattering! I hope that Land's End will bring it back.

LOVED the old version
If I had only known, I would have bought more of the older version with the attached bikini. This one is uncomfortable, although the outer material does dry quickly. The shorts tend to ride up in ways to other version did not. It sits in a drawer, waiting for me to be desperate for an uncomfortable swim mini. When will you listen Lands End? Bring back an old favorite in great colors. Please?

AGREE WITH OTHERS..BRING BACK PREVIOUS SUPPLEX SWIM SKIRT
I own one of the older (3 years +/-) supplex swim skirts that has the regular bikini bottom underneath and I own this one. I HATE HATE HATE the shorts underneath this one. Don't know why anyone would really want that, especially when they are so long! I do wear it because I love the supplex fabric (dries super fast and lighter weight), but really wished it was not shorts underneath it!. I'm thinking about having someone alter it to make them bikini bottoms and remove the shorts. I absolutely love the supplex fabric and wished you would listen to your customers and bring back the old style without the shorts under!!!!

Different in a good way!
Just bought these at Sears, haven't had a chance to use them swimming yet.
I like the fit and look of these compared to the skirted bottoms.
I need a skirt/skort to cover my chunky thighs and for modesty. I'm short and short waisted with a pouchy belly. The swim minis panty part doesn't fit me well, puckering and gaping. If I pull the skirt waist band higher to fit in the panty, the hips don't look right or it develops a muffin top. The higher waist version is too high on me and the back rolls down. Much too annoying!
Yes the boys short under this skort feels different and a little odd compared to underwear. However, the design fits well on my body and the boy short material is very soft and stretchy. No need to pull, readjust, remove wedgie from an ill fitting panty. Huzzzah!
I tried on dozens of swim separates and one pieces in my search for a modest, well fitting swim suit in my plus size. This skort is unique and the best fit out of the six stores I visited.
Not really happy with the lack of colors. Please make them in more colors to match the tankini tops.. thank you!!!

This has to be the worst fitting thing I have ever bought from Lands End. There is nothing about this that is desirable. I am a size 6, the skirt was so large it ballooned over the ugly spandex "shorts". I have been buying the swim mini for YEARS and loved it. No more, looking else where for swimwear!

Bring back the original supplex skirt. I ordered the newer version shown here and was so dissappointed in the fit.
I wish they would bring back the original skirt. The fit and comfort is very disappointing. The shorts underneath are uncomfortable and i dont like the front zipper with button. It was nice on the original to have a side velcro. I would not recommend buying this item. I am returning item.

Have always loved this swim skirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please bring this back..........
I only have two left and I want to order more, they are really the best bathing suit I have been able to find in the past few years. This skirt looks incredible on, especially if you have larger bottom area, it is a very slimming look.
So Please bring back the skirt in all colors!

Greatest swim bottoms EVER.
So I guess I'm the only woman out here with real hips and a real butt because I absolutely cannot wear any other bottoms, no matter how many I try. Every suit and takini bottom just magnifies my hips and rear, UNTIL THIS SKIRT. I have never, in my entire life, been actually happy with how I look in a swimsuit until I found this skirt. The people who are complaining that the bottoms are boy shorts are obviously people who don't have any kind of hip or rear problem, because the boy shorts are EXACTLY why this skirt looks so good and actually slimming on people like me. No bubbles or rolls of fat plumping out on either side of a panty line, no booty hanging out of a suit, nada. The shorts under this skirt are pure magic, and then with the skirt over, because it is supplex and not that stupid spandex that shows every single lump of cottage cheese you have, it hangs straight so that no one will ever know but you. This skirt is like Spanx for the water (only way better because I bought the Spanx bottoms, too, and they made me look 30 pounds heavier). If Lands End changes this skirt, I will have to riot. And the people who want the regular panty under this kind of skirt? LANDS END HAS ONE! I ordered it, too, but it also caused lumps because of the panty squeeze. So you people who want that, look for the Woven Swim Mini. But for those of us who need real coverage that is slimming and makes us feel confident (and actually happy) about being in a suit, stick with this supplex swim skort. The shorts underneath are what make the magic happen. Trust me. I just bought another pair and I am thinking of buying several more for when these wear out. I will never buy another swimsuit bottom. Period. (Oh, and I'm 5'8", had WLS and lost 125 pounds, so I'm no longer fat, but still have problem areas...but this thing solves those) :)

I loved the OLD version... why did you change it to shorts/
I have had the old version of this skirt & I loved it. I do not like the shorts in this skirt! My old white skirt just had a "panty" type liner which was much more comfortable. Even in white, there was not an issue with it being see -through at all. I really wish you'd bring back the old version!
