Love the color, fit is comfy, but the material snags to easy. I bought this top to wear on a trip to the Keys. It was so comfy that I practically lived in it. But after a few days of boating and swimming the top had many snags. April 29, 2013
Fits smaller in bust. Hook on back of neck is very hard to fasten when wearing the suit. I bought to wear to water aerobics class. Fabric is like a knit fabric and slow to dry. Fits small in bust so I would recommend order a larger size than one might normally order. The hook closure in back is very hard to close or release and I needed help. April 13, 2013
Cute and comfy I just got this in the mail, and thus far I really like it! I bought this looking for a suit with a bit more coverage that still looks cute enough to want to wear, and I think it may fit the bill! :) I wear a 36C, and the cups fit me just fine. In fact, the suit overall is a great fit - my bust is 35 & my hips are 39, so I bought it in a size 6. I was worried that it might be a bit tight at the hips because of my pear shape (39 hips would be a size 8), but it has just the right amount of space there. I haven't worn it swimming yet, so I can't comment on it's water properties, but just from trying it on, I think I'm going to really like it! Now to decide whether to keep this color or the black scroll version, which I also ordered so I could try both on (or maybe I'll just keep both! ;) It might be nice if the scoop at the neck was just a bit deeper - maybe an inch - but if you're looking for some good coverage that looks cute and sporty, too, you've found it! :) March 2, 2013
Odd Fabric I really wanted to like this top, but when I got it in the mail I was disappointed. It has a large weave making it unflattering and uncomfortable. I plan on returning it. February 2, 2013
Great swim top I ordered a 6 in this swim top and it fit great. I loved the higher neck and clasp at the back. The built in bra has good support and isn't see through at all. The top is snug enough to stay down but isn't ultra tight. The blue color is really pretty. December 24, 2012
Not a good fit for a large bustline I have always counted on Lands End for my plus size tanktini tops and have really loved them. This year the fit for the bustline just doesn't work for me at all. Shelf bra is too high and doesn't cover the bust all the way down, and the elastic surrounding the shelf bra is way too loose. I miss the underwire from previous years, it was a much better fit. The hook is hard to get undone, after swimming.... The hook is hard to get undone after swimming, when you're all wet, and the bottom of the swim top comes up quite a bit while you're swimming, but I still like the top. I like the color, I really like the style, the bra part stays in place, and I don't worry about the top riding up or coming up while swimming, because the bra part is there to protect your private parts from being seen in the water by kids & others who don't need to see those private places. I bought a pair of the long swim trunks for women, in the same Aqua Color and they go nicely together, I feel like I can have fun in the water & not worry about whether I look attractive or not because I'm covered nicely and properly and so can focus on fun and on enjoying playing and splashing around with the kids! knit does not work well for water sports I loved the fit of this tankini and wish there were more high neck tankini options. I was surprised to see that it was knit as I don't usually think of swimwear being made of knit. Unfortunately, I wore this boating and fishing (thinking it was a swimsuit) - it snagged terribly. There is so much velcro on water sports equipment that you can't help but brush by the velcro. ANY contact with velcro will result in horrible snags. So sad - really like the suit otherwise but cannot recommend it. Please Land End, make more high neck tankini options out of actual swimsuit material! August 13, 2012
Super comfortable top if the fit is right I had a similar top a couple of years ago, so I understood what other reviewers meant about the cup size. The sewn-in cups run small, and with the construction of the lining can fit weirdly. I chose to order a larger size than normal, and love the fit. The bra liner and cups fit well enough to provide support ( I am a C/D cup). The fabric in the mid-section fits loosely on me, and I like the slightly longer length. The result is a super comfortable and verstatile top that, paired with a swim mini or swim shorts, will be perfect for more active days. I will wear this for bike/swim days, walking on the beach, water parks, etc. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the clasp at the neck is a pain, but manageable for me. (Note that I rated the fit as "true to size" because it seems to depend on your cup size. Might be just right for a B/C cup.) August 3, 2012
Great top Top might fit just a bit large...but very comfortable...just what I wanted in that it is not revealing...and very comfortable to swim or sun in! July 21, 2012
