Women's Sport Squall Jacket
This Jacket is perfect fit & color
I've been buying from Land's for over 20 years and usually are not disappointed! It is a great jacket for cooler days. Layering is good for colder days.Like the feminine fit! Always had regular squall jacket in the past! Thank You for keeping up the excellent tradition!

Sturdy, warm, lightweight and stylish sport squall
I live in a subtropical climate, and sometimes we get cold weather. I was tired of wearing multiple layers to walk the dog on cold mornings. I found the Sport Squall to be a good solution. I can wear it without a sweater on warmer days, and with a sweater when it dips into the 20s and 30s. Though I typically wear a size medium in Lands' End clothes, I had to buy a large for the hip room, so the body of the jacket is looser than I prefer.

comfortable, cold weather jacket
I ordered 2 of these jackets. They fit well but the colors, although I like them, do not match the online display. Lands' End didn't offer a hoodless jacket in these styles so I was pleasantly surprised to find removable hoods. I have always like my Lands' End coats. That is why I keep ordering them.

Just a bit short in body but otherwise a nice jacket.
Haven't had a chance to wear it yet as it is a Christmas gift so not sure on the warmth. I am tall and really needed a tall but also need the plus size. I went with the plus size in order to zip it up. Just a bit short.

Not too hot, not too cold for winter bike commuting
I usually don't write reviews, but I thought this one was worth it! I bought this jacket fast when the weather dropped to use on my bike for winter commuting. So far, it's been great, upper 20s and mid 30s seem to be just the right temp for comfortable active riding. The olive green color is OK, not the most fashionable of jackets, but I think in this case, the function way rules out the fashion. The back is long and covers my waist from the chilly air.

Warm and windproof
I needed a utility jacket to keep the dampness and wind out, and this jacket works great.

Great fit. Perfect for fall and winter.
High quality. Not too bulky.

Initially unimpressed, but now a favorite.
When I first opened the package, I was decidedly unimpressed with this jacket. The lining seemed cheap, the velcro looked cheap, and the material had more of a shine to it than I had anticipated. The fit was good, however, and since I'd gotten a really good price I decided to keep it. It has since become a favorite.
I love the fit. Somehow it manages to be flattering while fitting comfortably over a t-shirt and button-down or over multiple layers and a super bulky sweater. The long tail in back is great for bending/working outside.
I'm taking one star off because it really needs a two-way zipper, an upgrade to the lining, and a more realistic estimation of temperature range. This jacket is *not* warm. It blocks the wind brilliantly, and sheds rain, but aside from the thin, sad, fleece, there is no insulation. Plan to layer well if you want to use this in real cold.
I wear this jacket almost every day. It's great, it's comfortable, it's not bulky, and I wish they weren't sold out in my size because I'd happily buy a couple of more. I dearly hope this "sport" style is back next year, preferably with a two-way zipper.

Love this jacket
I needed a winter jacket that was a little warmer than the one I have, This jacket is perfect. The fit is great, large enough to let me wear a sweater under it but not so large it's uncomfortable. The quality is great with details like velcro covers to keep the zipper covered and warm. A high enough collar to keep your neck warm and a fleece lining that is soft and cudley.

Love this coat!
Found that in order to wear a sweatshirt or heavy sweater underneath needed to go up one size. But love the way if feels, the warmth and colors. Cost on sale was hard to beat!
