Women's Sport Knit Skirt
Cobalt was pretty and sizing true
Well made. Its a wide sort of profile to the skirt, not so slimming but is lady-like. I returned mine because I would have like he fabric to be a fair amount heavier for durability

I thought this would be similar to the sport knit pant. it wasn't. Waist band too wide to my liking. I returned it.
I thought this fit would be similar to the Sport Knit slack. It was not. Waist band too wide.to my liking. I returned it.

I really like this skirt. Wearing it to church. I love skirts and chose this because I can wear most of my shirts with this. I bought one in black, one in navy because these are my favorite colors to pair with shirts I have. The waistband does not curl up, as some other brands tend to. The knee lenght is perfect for my over the age of 60! body.

Go-to skirt- very comfortable, great fabric
I am 5'5" and 126 lbs. I am 30" at my waist (belly-button waist), 33" around the top of my hip bones, and 36-3/4" at the hips. I original ordered a regular extra-small. It was snug and came several inches below my knees. It was definitely wearable, however, I wanted something just below the knee, and a bit of expansion room at the waist in case of wanting to wear this skirt during future pregnancies and with post-partum weight. I re-ordered in a petite, small, and the fit is perfect. The waist band sits perfectly below my natural waist (where I like my waistbands), and the skirt comes just below my knee (similar to the fit of the skirt on the Lands' End model). The waistband on the regular length skirt could be flipped once for a shorter fit (similar to the petite), but then your top would need to cover the band. This skirt doesn't have pockets- but that's fine with me. I think the fit around the hips is smoother than it would be with pockets. The skirt hangs well and is extremely comfortable (I'm at home with my young kids... comfort is a must!). Love it... may venture out into other colors eventually, but navy is what I've got and is a great staple for combining with tights or leggings for winter wear (will need a slip to keep cotton sticking to cotton), and with tank tops and short-sleeves in the summer. If you want to compare with something else in your closet... the waistband when folded flat on the small is 15 inches (diameter).

I am 5'1" and 105 lbs, and I ordered the XXS petite. The waist is only a little bit too big, but the rest is like a superhero cape. So much material! Since I am short, I'm used to skirts that are too long, but at XXS Petite I thought this might work ... wrong. The hem was more than halfway down my calf. I wasn't necessarily looking for a straight skirt, but this was way too much material for my small build. I looked like a 19th century milkmaid, but not in a cool hipster way. Definitely pass if you are small.

LE TALL sport knit skirt
I purchased this skirt as it started out as the "swirl" skirt about 18 years ago, and evolved into a 4 panel skirt and now it is the skirt with the wide waistband (very flattering). My daughter lives overseas now and I used to buy these and ship them to her. We both used them for every occasion, to dress up or down, But I am puzzled, now I have "bookmarked" this and have it in my shopping cart but there is no length shown for TALL.. which both my daughter and I are.. Can someone point me to the info about the length for tall women on here? It has petite, regular, and plus, but I dont see the length for tall.
As the other poster pointed out, we DO need them a little longer, and also POCKETS! That was the best feature :)
FOUR boats because there is so much taken off the length. There are so many shorter skirts everywhere so it's a shame that this one is so much shorter than it used to be (T'was 34 inches for regular, 37 inches for Tall)

Very comfortable, needs pockets, I wish it were longer and came in more colors.
It fits true to size. Quality is what I expected. I wear it to work in an office and it really needs pockets for pens, keys, glasses, tissues. etc.

will be a favourite
Glad I bought a size smaller than usual. A bit shorter than I expected. Fabric makes better for warm weather. Liked it well enough to order another in a different colour,

Band too wide and heavy
I got this for my sister who is plus size. She could not wear the skirt because the band is too wide and is made from material so heavy it is uncomfortable. I returned the skirts.

Being pear-shaped, I can only wear fit-and-flare skirts, so I was very pleased to see these last fall. It fits smooth and lovely, and thanks to the flat elastic waistband, I can even wear it with my shirt tucked in. The fabric weight is perfect and it drapes very nicely. It never wrinkles and washes up perfectly. It's nice to see some bright new colors now, and I'm tempted to get some more. For two years, I've been searching in vain for a brown skirt that fits, and it would be so nice if this skirt came in brown too. I see that the sport knit pants are available in a chocolate brown now, so why not the skirt? This is a winner!
