Women's Solid Relaxed Performance Capris
I have several pieces of the LE activewear from a couple of years ago - the fitted capris, sports bra and t-shirts. While those pieces are timeless, I love this wide leg spin on the active capri. Yes, the legs are wide, and the bottom almost has a bell shape to it. Perfect for me because I have larger thighs and these fit well at the top, have few seams and flow down to the bell shape. Now, you may not want to run in these because they will flop around. These for me are going to be for walking, lounging, stretching/yoga or for strength classes where you don't have to run. I'm a short, larger size gal and they may not necessarily be slimming, but life is not always about "trying to look thin". Being comfortable, engaging in activities you enjoy, and wearing what you like while doing them is healthier for your brain and body.

Better than other low rise workout gear. Snug without being tight; good length for Pilates and walking.

Nice Exercise Capris....But A Little Too Much Like Gaucho Pants
I like the Performance line of activewear pants a lot because they come in varied lengths--I need petite--and have small pockets. I do like these for being a comfortable shorter length, but I would prefer it if these weren't QUITE so full at the bottom. I like something between a "tight" and a bell-bottom. (I want freedom of movement without too much width.) These are a bit full for my taste, but are still the best exercise capris I've found, so far. Go for something slightly slimmer with a notch at the knee next season, Lands' End!

Love the performance line!
The fit is great and the fabric and construction are high quality. A summer weight performance line would make this a 5!

Not for curvy fit girls
I have never written a poor review for Lands End and normally I love everything I get, but these are so very ugly! Of course the model is stick skinny - these look positively awful on anyone who would wear curvy fit or who has fuller hips and thighs - or even muscular thighs. They are not fashioned, just cut off version of the full length ones.

Great workout pants that are comfy for weekend mornings.
Very pleased with the fit and comfort of these workout pants. I wear them for spin classes and bootcamps. Also great to pull on in the mornings to drop the kids at swim practice, etc. They have seen the inside of the grocery store more than once. They are going to Hawaii with me this summer. Love them!

These are amazing. They fit perfectly. I am a 5'4" petite and these are perfect. They sit just below the naval, have perfect u space, and are just below the knee. The material is the perfect draping weight and can be dressed up or down. These look great with tee shirts or can be dressed up enough for a casual Friday look. I currently have them on with a similar weight patterned top and sandals at the office and have had several compliments. I will be purchasing another pair soon.

would have loved a bigger pocket and a darker color
The pants fit well - they are great for yoga. There is a tiny pocket and no draw string ( a plus ). I wish the grey was much darker - I'd call it a medium grey. I have these pants in black, too.
Just make the pants a bit darker, maybe even navy, and the pocket a bit larger.
