Women's Solid Cotton Blend Anklet Sock (3-pack) 3.9 5 87 87
Perfect for spring through fall Started wearing these last year and they are the only thinner socks that have an actual formed heal and toe area. Hate the tube trouser socks and these work well for me. They do have a tendency to slide down a little but easy to pull up since they only reach below the calf. Very similar to the knee socks that are made of the same material, which I wear in the cooler weather. Always wash these socks inside out to keep the color and also hang to dry to keep the length the way you like it. Worth trying if you want a thinner sock that has a formed foot area. April 27, 2013
All Day Comfort My mom bought me these for Christmas to replace trouser socks that I had for over a decade! I was skeptical that I would like them as much as my olds one. I like them better! I just came back from a teacher's conference, where I stand, sit, and walk all day long. My feet didn't sweat in these socks. Even after (very long) 12 or 14 hour days, I could still keep these socks on my feet when I got back home! They are very comfortable, breathable, natural-feeling to my skin. I suggest you buy them now, because Land's End changes product so quickly these days (and to my disappointment)! March 16, 2013
Excellent ankle socks! Fit great, warm enough, perfect under casual pants. December 23, 2012
Great socks What can I say? They're socks. They fit well, they wear well, and every year I buy a bunch of new socks from Land's End because I know I'm going to get high quality, reasonable prices, and... y'know... socks. Yay, socks! December 16, 2012
Great everyday socks Great quality, and I love that I can get a larger than average size. August 12, 2012
bring back gray & navy! I agree with other reviewers that this sock used to be more durable. It's still decent, though (really hard to find no-seam socks out there). I'm very disappointed to see that gray and navy have been discontinued. Please bring them back! June 10, 2012
Good As "GOLD!!" The last time I bought cotton crew socks was in 1995, and I bought them at Lands' End. Who has ever heard of socks lasting over 17 years?!! But the truth is that they did, though the last two years they have shown a good deal of wear and tear. So I needed new crew socks and came to Lands' End to find them. These are not anything like the old version of cotton crews, but, in my opinion, they are at least as good, if not better. I was not looking for a thick sock but a thinner, wear with shoes other than sneakers sock. These fit the bill. The sizing is very accurate. I wear a size 6 shoe and the SM/MED size fits perfectly (nice to have different sizes instead of "one size fits all" when it definitely doesn't). The only problem with these socks is the price...they are priced as if they were Smart Wool! But, I waited until they were half price and bought two 3-packs in black. I've already washed and worn them, so I know how comfortable they are. They do stay up (if that is what you want them to do), and they are not tight around my calf but just right. I wore them under a pair of Keen maryjanes, and they were so comfortable I forgot I had them on; and they didnt' bunch up as heavier crews would. I really love these socks as much as my 17-year-old-LE-socks!! I am sad to say that I had to throw the old ones away - I couldn't even use them for dusting because there were too many places where they were worn almost through!! June 9, 2012
Very comfortable . . . and warm! The ankles socks are very comfortable with no toe seam annoyances! They also kept my feet nice and warm all day. May 26, 2012
These are terrible. I've worn Lands' End socks for years. When I threw them out it was because they had faded after literally years of wear and hundreds of washings, not because they fell apart. These are flimsy. I bought 9 pairs less than 6 months ago. 6 have worn completely through the heel. Where is the Lands' End quality we have come to expect? Bring back the old crew socks. I will never buy another pair of these and will have to find another source. 6 months is NOT long enough for everyday socks to last. May 26, 2012
Nice comfortable socks Nice comortable socks. May 2, 2012
