Women's Snow Hiker Boots
Very Happy with these sneaker boots
I received these boots at Christmas. I am very happy with them. I do wear an extra pair of socks for the added comfort around my ankles. Living in New England, we have been inundated with snow in the last two weeks. I wear these every day to work and I have worn them a couple of times with my snowshoes. . My feet have stayed warm and dry. I haven't splashed in any rain puddles yet but I am hoping that even then my feet will stay dry. I recommend these!

i was a little hesitant at first, they seemed very stiff, and rigid about the ankle...but after one wearing, the fit was very very good. they are warm and very easy to walk in, as the shape of the boot fits ( at least my) foot very well...no slopping around inside, which aids in a secure feeling wearing it. the traction, however, is amazing...we have had a lot of snow here (Martha's Vineyard) a blizzard, actually, and now there is thick ice on the back roads and driveways. I walk my dog half hour in morning and evening, and these boots are wonderful. They also work well with those pull on bungee corded steel bands for snow and ice traction. I would not take them on sheet ice for an extended walk, but for getting to the car, and walking on icy grocery store lots, they are quite secure. i really like them, and would recommend them. They are a LITTLE small for the size, so if you are at the top of your size range, you may want to go up.

Very nice boots and fit well
I read the reviews before ordering, too, and most said order up a size. I typically wear a 9M, and ordered the 9. This boot not only fit perfectly, but took no time to get "worn in" for a comfortable fit. The boots are warm and the traction is very good, also very good looking, and have had many compliments while wearing them.

True to size!
I read the reviews before ordering. Most said order up a size. I didn't find that to be true. I had to reorder my true size, and send the bigger ones back. If I wear thick wool socks, they are snug, and if I wear my regular socks, they are still very warm. The bigger size, I would have had to wear 2 pair. They were too big, even with the thick wool socks!

I bought a pair of these boots to replace a several years old pair of snow squall shoes from Lands End, which were finally falling apart.
I do a lot of walking year round in all sorts of weather. Walking the dog. Walking to/from the bus stop every day to get to work. Walking to stores.
We get a lot of snow, rain and slush here in the Cleveland area. I loved the squall shoes for those cold, rainy, or lightly snowy days when it's not quite bad enough for a pair of long heavy snow boots, but too wet or cold for sneakers or dress shoes.
I planned to buy another pair of snow/squall shoes, but they were back ordered in my size. I ended up getting these instead.
So far, so good! I normally wear a 6 in Lands End winter shoes/boots, but seeing reviews that these run small, I bought a 6 1/2. The 6 1/2 fits perfectly. I can wear them with a thick pair of socks without my feet being cramped.
They're easy to get on and off. Warm in 20-30 degree weather. So far they seem waterproof, although I haven't worn them in any torrential rain yet. The traction is good. I ordered the black and love the fuschia accents.
I wear them to work and then change into nicer shoes. I've already gotten a complement from a coworker, who wanted to know where I bought them
My only very minor complaints are that the ankle is a bit stiff, and the laces tend not to want to stay tied. They are long enough for me to double knot though.
Overall, these boots are a good value, especially on sale. I do recommend them.
