Women's Short Sleeve Straight Collar Oxford Sportshirt
Wearing it at this moment. I like the oxford cloth over other fabrics. I would recommend it.

Perfect for casual Friday
At home in either the office or walking about town the heavier fabric has a crisp, casual feel that's perfect with jeans or khaki's. A little boxy, but well within my comfort zone for this kind of shirt and exactly what I was looking for to fill in when I need a short sleeved shirt but don't want to wear yet another polo.

Really nice shirt, runs a little bigger than average as other reviewers found. I must have missed it in the description but this material is oxford cloth. It's soft but structured. Looks nice out of dryer, a few wrinkles but I wouldn't iron. I'm very happy!

Just what I was looking for
I've been to nearly every store in my city and could never find blouses that were made to last, or weren't so low cut and thin that they'd be an embarrassment to wear. I just wanted short sleeved blouses for working in the yard and this product is exactly what I was looking for. Well made, fit is great, comfortable. Suggest Lands End might get the same thing in print or some sort of design on it. Can be worn for casual dress as well. Just wish I could find clothing made in Canada or U.S. This product is made in Vietnam.

This shirt is comfortable and washes easiy. It comes out of the dryer ready to wear.
The shirt is the usual great Land's' End quality.

Great Work Shirt
Man, this shirt has some seriously heavy fabric! It's by no means uncomfortable - it feels more like it may last through World War III and still not have any wrinkles. I'll be curious to see how the collar washes - it's my one experience that collars never lay right post-wash without ironing. We shall see - I haven't washed the shirt yet so no report for anyone.
The light blue color is lovely, it looks great with slacks.
The only downside is the shirt sizing, as I noticed with another button down I got from Land's End, is large. I'd recommend sizing down, even if you're not sure if you should. I was worried about it, didn't, and now have a shirt that's at least 1 size too big.

Very boxy, heavyweight, and scratchy.
I bought this for my teen daughter as a short sleeve option for her school uniform. It is so shapeless and stiff and much too heavy for a short sleeved shirt. The sleeves felt tight and the body was very boxy. Did not feel like it was designed for a woman.

Love the shirt!
Love the shirt! Lands' End is the ONLY uniform supplier that has a 1X for Women. Every other company I looked at (and I looked at a lot) went from XL to XXL. When I contacted them, they told me that XL and 1X were the same size. As you know, that is not true. I cannot quite fit into an XL but 1X is just the size I need. At work we need to wear gray, and since I could not get a 1X, a 2X was ordered for me. When it came, it was obviously an man's shirt. The tailoring (not to mention the position of the buttons) was totally different from the women's XL. When I tried the shirt on, it I felt like a barber. The shirt was boxy and unconstructed. All of my co-workers want a shirt just like mine (it is a much light gray). Even management that ordered those shirts wished they had found Lands' End first.
Would I recommend Lands' End to a friend? You bet I would. Would I order from you again? You bet I would!

Excellent shirt, especially for trade shows!
Nice, heavy-weight oxford fabric cut really well (not bulky or baggy). Fits great and feels good; looks like a much more expensive shirt. At 5'6" tall and 36D, I normally wear size M/L or size 10, and the 10 fits great, not tight at all with room to move.
