Women's Short Sleeve Print Cotton Interlock Midcalf Sleep-T
Comfortable, modest, pretty, nice length, runs small
I originally bought this in petite small (6-8). I'm a size 4, so would ordinarily order XS, but these were on sale, and there were no XS available. True navy was the only solid color left, so I ordered that, though I'd have preferred a brighter color. Nightgowns are fine a bit large, so I thought it would be all right. I also bought the long sleeved mid-calf in the berry print, same size. Both were too small. And the print seemed a bit lighter weight than the solid color. When I called customer service to make sure they were still available in medium, I decided to get the long sleeved one in navy, and the short sleeved in the print, because of the difference in weight. I'll wear the long sleeved one in cooler weather. The customer service agent said they were the same weight fabric, but I decided to make the color switch anyway. So the short sleeve I ended up with in is the only print left available, floral with a background of lilac, in M. Even though M is supposed to be for 10-12, the fit is just fine. The print is pretty, in fact, with a belt the nightgown would make a nice summer dress! The only reason I gave it 4 boats instead of 5 is for the size problem and the nuisance of having to send it back and wait to get my new nightgowns. I order from LE a lot and I can't remember the last time I've had to send something back for a size issue. Usually things run very true to size and I can count on petite XS to fit.

Flawed stitching and too warm
The nightgown looks nice but has two major flaws: (1) Most important and most vexing: The stitches used for the short-arm sleeve are tight and don't stretch; i.e., when one moves one's arm, the seam cuts into one's upper arm like a wire. (Sorry, I don't know the name of stitches, but there are two major kinds. A simple, straight stitch--the one used for the sleeve--and another one that criss-crosses and stretches with the fabric--used for the seam at the bottom.) It's incomprehensible to me why the stretch-stitch wasn't used for the sleeve as well. The tight stitching makes the nightgown very uncomfortable as it cuts into circulation when one moves the wrong way . . . making one wake up during the night. (2) Also, the fabric is too thick and warm for a short-sleeved nightgown. It should be lighter weight for the summer.

I bought two of the same sleep-t in another pattern that I like better, but when this one went on sale, I bought it too. I love these as they are comfortable to sleep in and nice looking should anyone come to my house unexpectedly.

Nice, but not as good of quality as previous purchases
The Sleep-T fits and is mostly comfortable, but I felt that the sleeves were less comfortable (tighter) and the overall quality was less than Sleep-T's I've purchased previously. I've worn Lands End Sleep-T's for many years and loved them. Just a little disappointed, this time, in what I perceive as, the lower quality of the material.

Great value for the price
I have two of these sleep-tees that I have had for 8-9 years and they are almost as perfect as when I bought them, except daily washing has made them even softer. But...I needed a smaller size. The sleep-tee I purchased this time is the same fine quality, soft, with plenty of material and comfortable arm holes. My only complaint is I would like to see more colors, and more patterns. That seems to be a complaint of many of the reviewers. Some of the colors and patterns that I would have also purchased, were already unavailable.

The cotton is as soft and cozy as I had hoped.
The fit is generous, the length is perfect. The postage to Australia was more than I wanted but it was still less expensive than similar nightwear over here.

Shrinks a lot
I have two older versions of this sleep T which I like a lot, so i thought I would be getting the same thing when I ordered this one. This one shrinks a lot! It is not only shorter, but also tighter. I compared it to my older gowns, and these are now significantly smaller. I did not compare them prior to washing, so it may be that they arrived smaller to begin with, but they fit when i tried them on initially. I am very disappointed in the quality of this item, and I would not recommend it.

Comfortable, well made, and actually long enough for a tall person.
This is a great nightgown. It's comfortable, well made, and actually long enough for a tall person to wear around the house comfortably.
