Women's Short Sleeve Oxford Shirt
OK but not great
I couldn't actually tell the difference between this shirt and the Short Sleeve Straight Collar Oxford Sport shirt until I looked at the arm stitching and noticed that at the bottom this one hangs straight and seems to fit a bit better. The other one kind of flares out which I don't like. I wish there were darts going down the front to give it more shape though. For the price, it was a good buy though. It is defiantly roomy enough, I ordered an XL as I am 5'9" and 185.

Loose, comfortable fit
This shirt is a little heavier than you might expect for summer, but I appreciate the non-sheer fabric and it isn't clingy. The loose fit is comfortable and can easily accommodate a tank top underneath.

Land's End sizing is not the best. Fabric and style were good.
I always have to order a larger size from Land's End now and in the past I didn't. I have actually lost weight and usually wear a medium or sz 10 but your products are made smaller all over so it's hit or miss with tops. This shirt is made long. I keep hoping to find a squared hemline like I've purchased from you before but they all come with back darts and fit even tighter. This was my 3rd buy/return trying to find one I like. I kept this one out of frustration. Fabric is comfortable and sleeves are a good fit.

Surprised how small this shirt was cut
I have worn Land's End clothing for years (I am from Wisconsin, where it all began so many years ago). I have always appreciated their quality and honest sizing, so I was surprised to find this shirt cut as small as it was. I am keeping the two that I ordered, but can only wear them open with a camisole underneath. If you are wanting to wear it buttoned up, I would highly suggest ordering a size up. I usually wear a Large, but in this shirt, I should have ordered an XL.

Odd fit for me
I bought this shirt for work to wear untucked. I ordered a sz 12. The length was good. The ease through the hips was good. I did not fit me well through the shoulders. It was bunchy at the seams on the sleeve hole. Movement was somewhat restrictive across my back. The fabric was heavier than I wanted for coolness in summer heat. I returned it and ordered the short sleeve stretch blouse in a petite sz 12. The shoulders fit better. The length was great. I am 5'2 1/2 and 36D . The fabric is lighter and movement is non restrictive when reaching and bending. I was looking for comfort and this shirt and size worked better for me than the oxford shirt.

This is a fabulous classic shirt!
I ordered this shirt in blue and chamois despite the report that it was "boxy". I found the shirt to be an excellent fit - true to size. I have a small waist in proportion to my larger hips and this shirt flatters the figure - doesn't hide it. The sleeves are a perfect length... true "short sleeves" not those longer 1/2 sleeves that look as if you're wearing you husband's clothing. I just went on line and ordered the other 3 colors. Now I'm wondering... is one of each enough?

Good casual shirt
The material and construction is good....can wear out of dryer if not too particular. The cut is boxy, not "curvy" , so if you are looking for tailored this isn't it. However it is a great "throw-on" shirt to cover arms while wearing a tank top or to give more coverage in air-conditioned spaces. It is light enough to wear in hot, summer locations and is a great vacation shirt when travelling.

I really like the fabric and colors of the shirts. I bought one of pink, blue and canary. The pink is a little bright, but it is a good color for the summer. The style is not fitted, so compared to a lot of shirts on the market these days, it feels a bit big. But compared to the shirts I used to buy until a few years ago, it is totally fine.

Solid Lands' End quality
This is a nice, basic oxford-cloth shirt for when you need short sleeves but can't afford to look crumpled. Good with a skirt and pantihose for an office job, or with a summer suit for an interview or official event. I'm old-fashioned, though; wish the collar was still buttoned-down.

I love white shirts and tops. I have three of these exact white shirts...wear under cardigans, v-neck or crew neck sweaters. They wash and need only a touch of ironing.
