Women's PrimaLoft Packable Jacket
This is a great idea!
I own two of these jackets and would love more of them. They are warm and comfortable without being bulky. They now come in cute colors and are stylish enough to wear almost anytime. The novelty of being able to pack them up into their own zippered pouch is a real plus as well. 5 stars!!!!

The fit is bit boxy, I would have preferred a more fitted/curvy style (tapered at the waist, and wider around the hips).

LOVE this jacket!!
I have one in Navy and traveled to Europe in it. It was perfect. Lightweight -- and with a scarf when the wind and rain began to come...it was great. It's not waterproof, but water repellant. Still did well. I liked it so much that when I saw they were on sale I looked at the turquoise and decided I wanted another. I have lots of scarves that can go with both of these. The problem was that I was hoping rather than order a 2X I could get away with ordering a 1X....the 2X was just a little too big for me, but worked well when we were travelling and sometimes needed to layer. When I got it, though, the 1X zipped but it was snug. So I returned it. Not LandsEnd's fault. I should have ordered the 2X like the first time. It runs true to size. You just have to be realistic as to what your size is. I didn't pursue finding if they had the 2X size in turquoise because I don't neeed it. But I just love the color and wanted a 2nd one. If it's still offered next season I may get it. It is such a pretty color and it is so very warm if you zip the collar all the way up -- with a scarf...hat, gloves...you can be in very cold weather. Light weight and so easy to pack. It's a great wind breaker.....LOVE this jacket. I may have just talked myself into seeing if I can get it in a bigger size. (I'm always hoping I am smaller than I am. Sigh). Poor Lands End. So thankful for their return policy.

Actually, I have two of them. I bought the blue in a M because I knew I had to layer for a trip we were taking to the Mid West in May. . The second on is a melon colored PM which is what I usually wear. It fits perfectly.. I love them both. The jacket is very versatile. It fits well and looks great. It's warm but not bulky, yet not too warm. Received lots of compliments on the blue one.. These were a great find to head back to the Mid West in the spring rains. Have not washed either yet.

Looks great, fits perfectly, wonderful to travel with
Just as my summary says, this jacket looks great, fits perfectly, and was (and is) wonderful to travel with. I got it especially to travel to Europe last fall (2014) since it packs into its own pocket. I layered it with long sleeves and a lightweight sweater. (A heavier sweater fit, also.) For me, it works as a jacket for fall or spring. I like the styling with the princess seams. I am VERY happy with this jacket.

Very nice jacket.
Ordered this jacket in a petite since most of the arms on jackets are way to long for me. The fit is perfect! I love that it is a light weight, but warm jacket and very packable to take on an airplane!

I like how the collar stands up or folds down. The medium is a little more snug through the chest than I would prefer but still fits and I especially like the length

Not holding up well
I love the fit, color, and style of this jacket, but the stitching started coming out the second time I wore it. After approximately two months of wear the jacket has many loose threads that make it look quite cheap and shabby. Overall, very disappointing.

great for shopping or temps above 40!
This is a great jacket if you want to avoid a bulky winter jacket for shopping. If you only wear a l/s T-shirt or light sweater I think it's only warm enough for 40 degrees with light winds. A T and light sweater would be warmer but if you want to wear a heavier sweater/fleece order up a size. I wear a 12 usually and the medium fit as I described above. I'm 5'8 and 152 lbs.
I can fairly easily tuck the jacket into it's pocket just as the video shows. I tried doing it "neatly" but it doesn't work. I'll be taking it to Ireland next month along with a waterproof hooded shell. I'll report back as to how well it worked out!
