Color washed out After thé first Time I had washed the night tee, at 40C, the raffle had lost its color and become pinkish. April 27, 2013
Ahhhh, so soft and stretchy! When I first pulled one of the three nightgowns I ordered out of its bag I was a little worried about that neck ruffle. Would it be too high? Scratchy and annoying? Then I compared it to one of my own very old, stretched and worn out LE nighties and got even MORE worried. The shoulders looked way too narrow. THEN I slipped it over my head and thought Ahhhhhh..... I still wasn't going to be 100% convinced until I washed and DRIED the nightgown and then wore it. Last night was the test night. The nightgown was everything I look for in a nightie, only better. First of all, the ruffle adds a nice feminine touch. The length is nice and long. The comfort is divine. There is no binding as the material stretches in every direction. Conclusion: I highly recommend these night gowns. I will be laundering the other two I bought with no reservations. :-) September 30, 2012
So comfy! Love the quality, love the color, love the comfy feel! Washes great too! September 6, 2012
Excellent This is good quality like all Lands End nighties. I wash these on regular cycle and hang them to dry. They seem to last a lot longer this way. Even with this dark color there is no color bleeding. I've bought many Lands End knit nightgowns over the years and they put all others to shame. Highly recommended! August 18, 2012
Like the dark color. Fit is fine. Fabric is soft. Like the dark color. August 14, 2012
Good for sleeping. This sleep tee matches the others I've used for years in quality. The neck is a mess. I bought the blue one, but after the first laundering the neck trim turned a pinkish color and the pleats are just in a bunch. It's now unattractive but is still fine for sleeping. August 4, 2012
Disappointed AGAIN I have been buying Lands End nightgowns for many years; my drawers are full of them. I was always very happy with the quality and the weight of the fabric in the style nightgowns I purchased. However, I must say that for the past couple of years things are just not the same at Lands End. The quality of the gown has gone downhill considerably. I always thought I could depend on that smooth, silky supima cotton I always purchased. I am also very disappointed that you do not still offer the heavier weight henley nightgowns. It seems we just pay more and get less... Never thought I'd have to shop anywhere else for a nightgown. May 8, 2012
Hate the Neckline I have loved these nightgowns for years, but hate the change to the neckline. PLEASE go back to the stretch neckline, I'm tired of being strangled in my sleep. Also, not enough dark colors, pastels show too much for a plus size woman. February 23, 2012
Nope. I have a drawer full of Lands End Sleep-Ts, so I figured I would love this gown in the beautiful purple color. Well, the color was beautiful and the fabric was soft...but it went downhill from there. The fabric seemed much thinner than on my older sleep shirts. I also felt like I was trying on someone else's clothes. In my normal size, the sleeves were 4 inches too long and the bottom hem grazed the floor. Granted, I'm short at 5'4", but my other sleep shirts are fine. Disappointing. Returned. January 9, 2012
Soft, Silky Fabric My favorite feature of this nightgown is the soft fabric. It has some stretch to it and is very comfortable to sleep in. Though light weight, the fabric is warmer than I expected. On very cold nights I will switch to flannel. I don't care about the ruffles; I would have bought the nightgown without them. They are made of the same soft fabric as the rest of the gown and don't affect the comfort of the gown. I am 5'4" tall. This "lower calf" gown reaches my ankles. I wear a plus size - the 3X is roomy and comfortable for me to sleep in. December 31, 2011
