Women's Plus Size Beach Living Batik Dot Adjustable Scoop Tankini Top
Looked fantastic until it faded when I entered the swimming pool.
This suit looked terrific on me and it fit well in all the right places. I was so excited to wear it when my husband and I took a vacation. We went swimming in the hotel swimming pool and the suit completely faded the first time I wore it. I went into the pool up to my waist and sat and talked for a few hours and then came out and rinsed the suit in the hotel bathtub. To my horror, the suit had faded from a dark purple on half of the suit to a pink color. The swim mini that I purchased to match the tankini also faded completely to a pink color except where the seams were (these were still the purple color). Needless to say, I was really disappointed as I loved the suit. I'm not sure what kind of fabric they used on this suit but it appears that I am not the only person that had problems with it fading immediately with a one-time use. I did take the suit back to Land's End @ Sears and they returned my money. They do have an awesome return policy and they guarantee their clothes. Period. I am in the market for another suit now for the Summer and will probably try to find another one here on Land's End. Hope this was just a fluke.

Color has faded
I have worn this suit twice and it has totally faded from dark blue to a light purple, splotchy mess. I have never had a Land's End suit do this before and I am very disappointed in the quality of this suit.

Good coverage for a D cup, but....
I commend Lands End in trying to accommodate women with D cups, but there is something very odd about the construction of this tankini. I wear a 4 blouse and wear a 32D bra normally and got the 4D cup tankini. It fit well in the torso (can't stand those blouse-y swing tops). It was a true D and had the coverage of a D. There is a strong underwire in there HOWEVER when I looked in the mirror, I didn't look like I was well supported. The reason? If you look inside the top, instead of having a smooth lining at the underwire (like every good bra), they GATHERED the lining fabric to sew it into the underwire. I don't know why anyone would do that. So at the very place where you want to look uplifted, Lands End has added unnecessary lumpy, bulky fabric, making you look saggier than you are. I had high hopes, but his is definitely going back.

Great swim top with adjustable coverage!
I love this swim top. It fits true to size and I love that you can adjust the coverage. Would definitely recommend this top!

Very good swim top
I love that lands end sells tankini tops based on bra sizes. I bought the 20 DDD in the pink. The suit is comfortable and fits well. I was a little wary when I first got it and tried it on because it felt like the wires were going to poke me under my arm but after I washed it and adjusted everything it fits great. I love the adjustment in the front, under the arms and the straps. I have received so many compliments on this top because of its great support in the bust and it makes my figure look great!

great color and great fit.
I am a 46DD and this suit fit great. Ordered the 18W with the DD size. I have a little belly and this covered it nicely. The adjustable straps are very helpful for support. The drawstring at the front of the suit can be cinched or let out depending on the style that you like. I also bought the 20W bottom skirt with this top and love that I can buy a different size to customize the suit. The bottom skirt has a support panel in it that is VERY slimming. Just a great suit and worth every penny spent. I bought the Orchid Breeze and it is a very pretty color; nice change from just a black suit. I feel very comfortable in the suit and it provides great coverage for this 40-year old body. :)

Nicely made but little to no support. I thought an underwire would have more support- must be the thin, stretch straps that are the problem. Back it goes.

Please add more prints and colors in this style!
As a 14DDD I don't get much choice in my swimwear each year. I have become a devoted LE swimwear shopper, thanks to their larger cup size offerings. Unfortunately I am at the mercy of whatever one style of DDD they decide to offer each year. I was SO thankful to see that this year's style was NOT a halter top! While the LE DDD halters are flattering and do provide enough coverage to be modest, these 'girls' get HEAVY when all of the weight is on the halter strap all day long. This convertible style is HEAVENLY! I prefer the crisscross because it provides the most support. This suit fits true to size for me in both the size and the cup. I am 6 foot tall and it also is a nice length for my torso. I would LOVE to see this style again in other colors or prints (or even restocked in this pattern in my size...beggars can't be choosers).

Flattering tankini top
I am 5'7, size 24 and apple shaped. I ordered 1 size up as the tankini tops tend to be too short and I'm glad I did. This was one of the few plus size tops with an underwire and that was true to size (DD). This top is really flattering and is supportive. I actually look cute in it.
Note to LandsEnd: WHY are tankini tops for plus sizes so short? That's a complaint I'm seeing a lot. Also, plus sizes tend to have larger bust sizes. We need more options with underwires...a soft cup? Please, I haven't worn a "soft cup" since I was 12!
