Women's Plain Front Washable Wool Comfort Trousers
If You Have To Wear A Suit...
This one is the one to wear! I've purchased at least a dozen of these suits in every available color over the course of the last few years and wore them to work every day. Not only can you wash them, you can throw them in the dryer and they come out looking like you'd just spent $15 at the drycleaners! They are just conservative enough for a business environment, practically indestructible, look fabulous on, don't wrinkle, and don't need to be altered. I bought two pairs of pants for every suit jacket, so I could alternate between pants. My only recommendation to LE is to bring in some seasonal colors. Black, navy, and grey are great for everyday, but it would be nice to have some olive green, dark brown, or taupe to throw into the mix too!

Great fit and quality
I love these pants. They fit comfortably and look great.

will be nice dress pants for winter
A bit loose around the waist, but will otherwise be great dress pants for next winter. Love that they don't need dry cleaning.

Pants were lighter fabric than expected as they are wool. Fit was good. Best thing about these pants is getting them hemmed to my inseam for the correct fit.

Not what I expected.
They were much lighter weight than I thought they would be and also sit almost at the waist, not below it as advertised. I kept them because I needed a pair of black pants but I am not thrilled with them. I wish you would carry more pants like you used to without elastic waistbands. There are some of us that don't want or need that.

I really wanted these pants, but the fit is strange. The hips fit, but the waist was enormous and the rise way too long. I would have had to roll over the waistband two or three times for comfort. Had to return them, sadly.

Wanted to love them but odd fit
I take either an 18W or 20W in Lands End trousers, depending on style and fabric. I tried these trousers in both sizes and neither one worked. The 20W was ok in the hips but huge by inches in the waist. The 18W was snug in the hips but still much too large at the waist. These pants may work for someone else but not for me the way they are cut at present. I am very disappointed because good looking, and washable, dressy pants in black (and/or navy) would have been a terrific addition to my wardrobe.

nice material, but pockets pouch out
I bought a slightler larger pair and the pockets still pouch out. I'll wear them with long sweaters, since I had them hemmed for me, but I won't buy them again. The pockets need to be redesigned.

Quality not what I expected
The waist is too big. In fact over all the 12 is too large, fits me more like a 14 would. The button hole, at the waist, is angled in an odd manner as a result they will not stay buttoned. It's good the outside hook is there and that I wear a belt. It's quite annoying that they did not attach the lining to the bottom or the trouser leg. That results in the lining separating from the trouser legs in the washer and or dryer and they have to be put back into place. But, the worst thing, for my house, is that the fabric is a pet hair magnet. I wear a lot of black and have three cats, these pants are by far the worst cat hair magnets I have ever owned. Too bad, I really need some new pants!

Excellent, back to LE old standards of tailoring and reasonable fabric
Love them. So happy to be able to get slacks similar to the tailored ones I used to get from LE. Tiny problem which might be fixed with a small change in the cut. The pockets don't lie flat, but as I wear tops which come over the pockets, it isn't a big problem for me. Comfortable waist, nice lining.
