Women's Long Sleeve Washed Oxford Shirt
This Oxford is fitted but not tight. It is a beautiful, flattering fit. The weight is typical Oxford, slightly thicker. When you wash it, you may wear it unironed casually, but I like to iron it for work as there are a few light wrinkles. It is well made and I love it!

I bought this shirt in person, at the Lands End Shop. I bought the size 12, and for reference, am about 140 lbs, and a 38" bust measurement. I really liked that it had just a tad of class and style to it, but very subtle, with the pale blue stripe contrast facing on the neckband, and a thin strip on the sleeve placket. No contrast on the cuff. It has back body darts, and bust darts, but no front body darts. Some people also refer to these as "shaping darts". Much more in style than dated looking "princess seams". The white oxford cloth is very soft even new. I will get a lot of use out of this, because with the details and thought that went into this shirt, it's a classy, but casual basic, that one can do a lot with when planning your wardrobe. The perfect white oxford shirt --- always in style.

Monogram lovers beware!
I'm 5'1 and 102 lbs and I ordered this in a 2P. It's slightly boxy (which I love) but darting makes it slightly shaped as well. The sleeves are a perfect length.
My only real gripe is that I ordered this shirt in a diamond monogram and received it in the classic, so I called customer service (who are extremely nice btw) and they sent me a new one right away. The thing is, I got a classic one the second time, so I reordered! Fast forward another week and the third shirt I got was another classic monogram again so I gave up and got the circle. I'm slightly dissatisfied, but the shirt is still cute.
TLDR; Do not order in the diamond monogram unless if you want to wait 3-4 weeks and return a lot of incorrectly monogrammed shirts.

I own 4 of these shirts. They are slightly fitted but still skim the body, are very comfortable, and are reasonably cool (I wear them with cuffs rolled up in summer). I iron mine because I prefer a slightly crisper look, and they are easy to iron. Long enough in back so that when I bend over, there's no "showing the gap." I have broad shoulders, normally wear a 10-12, and the M fits perfectly.

Gaping bust area
The fabric is nice and soft. However, I will only be using this as a layering piece as any movement like pulling arms up or out and a gaping area occurs where the shirt buttons at the bust. You can see right inside.I tried a larger size, so large that it was somewhat baggy, and still the gaping occurs. Seems the buttons are not spaced properly at the bust or the overlap is simply too narrow. Too bad, otherwise, a nice shirt.

Love the shirt, disappointed in the monogramming
I have 3 of these shirts, they are soft and well made. So I definitely think the shirt is a good buy. I decided to get one monogrammed and am so disappointed! I asked for the monogram to be placed left chest. At first I thought they forgot to monogram it. The monogram-3 initials, is about the size of a quarter. It is so small and looks ridiculous. Not sure what they were thinking and I'm not sure I'll wear this one. Save the extra $6 and take it somewhere local.

White goes with everything!
Bought the pink and this color. Please carry more colors in the oxford cloth! The 8 fits beautifully. I am 5'8, 125 pds. Love these shirts.

This is my uniform. Love.

This is the oxford cloth shirt I've been looking for. Soft cotton, NOT permanent press. My usual size 10P fits well. The sleeves and overall length are right for me. The only negative is that the cuffs are too large, but I can move the buttons for a snugger fit.

Love the feel of this all cotton oxford. I have a good relationship with my iron so keeping this blouse pressed will not be an issue. I ordered the 8 petite which is definitely a petite size. I have short arms and this was almost too short in the arms and overall length. Next time I can get a sale on it I will try a 6 regular, after all who doesn't need more than one white cotton oxford!
