Women's Long Sleeve Straight Collar Oxford Sportshirt
Love this blouse. The fit works well and it stands up to time. It remains crisp. I have it in 2 colours and wish there were more colours.

Very crisp. Quality fabric. Sleeves are a little long, though. Very nice under V-neck sweater.

Good shirt for work.
It really fit well except for the cuffs. This was mentioned on another review so wasn't too surprised that they were a bit odd in length. They are 3 inches wide have 2 buttons where my other shirts of this type are 2 inches wide with one button. I ordered an XL and am 5'4" and 165# if that helps anyone decide on size. I kept the shirt and will alter the cuffs.

Finally a good white shirt
I've been shopping all fall for a white shirt of good quality but not overpriced. The fabric is substantial enough that you can't see through it, and the collar stands up on its own. The only reason it isn't five stars is that it does take a bit of ironing to look new after washing once.

Please adjust the armpit!
I generally wear a size 28 with a large bust (48-50 DD/E) and hips, long waist and short arms. I got this shirt in both a 4x and 5x. The 4x fit very well on the shoulders and the length was great. I had a tailor take out the back darts and it fit at the hips, but I will not dry it, as there is no room for shrinkage. I also had her take out several inches under the arm and run the side up higher under the armpit as well as take an inch off the sleeve, but as I said, I have short arms. If you like to wear a tie, you may find the neck about an inch too big.
The 5x fit much better in the body, but even after washing and drying according to instructions 3 times, and it DID shrink, the bust, collar, arms and armpits were huge. I am also concerned that even though I did not wear it between washings, the top of the shoulder seam started to fray after the last washing. I do think they should preshrink this material.
My kid wears a 28/30, small bust but a lot of back and large arms, and the 5x was more comfortable for them, though the neck was very large and they had the same problem with the bustline in the 5 as I did in the 4. So, if you are big through the back and arms, and REALLY BIG in the bust, go for it. It is really great that it is long enough to raise your arms without coming untucked or showing skin.

Nice shirt, warm, and fits good.
I liked how warm the shirt was, as I purchased this to wear during the winter. Looks nice with dress pants.

I really like the shirt and the wrinkles are minimal. The sleeves are a tad too long but I turned them up and gave it a "cuff-link" look. It is easy to wash.I took it out as soon as the dryer finished and didn't need to iron it.

Perfect. LE please don't change a thing!!!!
This is the perfect work and casual shirt. I love the back and bust darts, the high cotton content and the arm length. LE please don't mess with perfection. Please continue to sell this shirt just as is.

Please don't ever discontinue this item!
I have five of these in white, 2 in light blue and one in french blue. I can wear them to work with a suit or on the weekends with shorts. I am 5'0" (I order XXSP) and always have a hard time with sleeves - many retailers' petite shirt sleeves are too long - this one is the Goldilocks of oxford shirts. I typically wear XSP in other brands, so I would say this runs large. I have washed, ironed, and worn my shirts countless times and have had no issues with quality. I really really really hope Lands End never discontinues this item and I hope they will consider offering more shirts and sweaters (cardigans especially) in the XXSP size.
