Women's Long Sleeve Pattern Supima No Iron Shirt
The blouse fits nicely, not too big & not too small, & the fact that it doesn't require ironing makes it even easier to enjoy!

Very pretty print
The shirt runs a bit small. It is not wrinkle free, but resists wrinkles for the most part. I still had to touch it up with an iron after an 8 hour day. I received many compliments on the paisley print.

The shirt is, indeed, no-iron and is beautiful that way. I do not put my work shirts in the dryer, preferring them to remain crisp, and they do end up very presentable when drip-dried. And there are several lovely prints/patterns/solids offered in this line. HOWEVER. The line runs slim, so if you are "of a certain age" this cut ain't for you.
I've shopped Lands End for over 30 years and have always been able to count on the brand for a consistent, quality fit, but this line is way too slim for me; I recognize that I'm older and might need a little more roomy cut, and that LE needs to expand some from my age demographic, but a Large is a Large and this ain't a Large, y'all..
OK, my bad for assuming the sizes would remain constant.

I've purchased this shirt in several colors over the years and quality is consistent but fabric is a little thinner. I am larger in the bust so finding petite shirts that fit is NOT easy. Can dress up or down.

Exactly as described
I purchase tall sizes, and this blouse fit very well in all the hard to fit places for tall women: arm length, hem, bust line. I wear a size 8, but I ordered a 10 to make sure it wasn't too tight around the bust, I am a 36C. The fit was great-not to wide or boxy, and went through the wash beautifully, no going to the cleaners with this one!

Gorgeous paisley fabric, nice shirt
I could not decide between the golden and the blue paisley, so I bought both, thinking I would love the golden more. However, the blue is so gorgeous, I am keeping them both. The prints are a feast of color. I have other LE shirts in Medium and I bought a 10, which fits, but is a bit tight through the back shoulders when I reach forward. But I love the fabric so much, I am living with that.
I agree with the other reviewer who said they do need a bit of ironing. (I will just toss mine in the drier to smooth it a little). What I love about LE shirts is the long sleeve length. I am tall, and the sleeves are always long enough for me. Also, the tail cut is not as straight as it looks in the photos. It dips slightly lower in the front, which I like, (covers the tummy a little better).

love the print, but the sleeves are too tight!
What's up with skinny sleeves now? I've had to return 2 or 3 shirts because they were not comfortable. Tight sleeves all day at work are a pain. It's very too bad, because I used to love wearing these beautiful shirts to work!

If you're looking for a crisp shirt, this is it!
I love the look of gingham and this shirt in the black and white is perfect for me. The fabric is a little stiffer than one might expect, but it's also what keeps it crisp looking. When I order Lands' End shirts, I need to go up a size so the placket doesn't gap open on me. If you're an average bust size then I'd suggest ordering your regular size.

Awesome color, washes well, fits great
Like almost all the shirts i get at Lands End this shirt is wonderful. Wear it all the time.

great shirt if you are flat-chested
Don't order if you are bigger than size B cup. Unfortunately I can't find a Landsend shirt that is cut for women with a bigger bust. Love the material and design, I wanted it to fit so bad.
