Rated 3 out of 5 by MarionSH no iron blouse... not bad
this blouse has the nicest fabric (had to replace my old one), the colour choices could be a bit more vibrant, and the placement of buttons on sleeves is ridiculous (so huge, I'll have to move them AGAIN!!!)

I ordered this shirt in blue and white and had a circle monogram in navy added to left chest. They are beautiful shirts and I am very pleased with the quality. According to care instructions, do not use fabric softener and starch. They looked fine straight from the dryer, but I ironed them lightly at low heat. I will wear these year round as I like to roll the sleeves up in the summer and often toss one when boating to get some sun protection.
In retrospect, I probably should have ordered either a size small or a petite medium instead of a regular medium. At 5'3" I often have to decide whether to order a petite or a regular. As my shoulders are rather broad, I usually get a regular shirt and save the petites for pants. They did not skimp on the material in these shirts! I ordered the M 8-10 and the sleeves are quite long and the cuff circumference is large too. That said, I usually roll them up. On the other hand, the collar fits perfectly, but then I never button the top button. MEASURE! Customer service was helpful, but when I order again, I will get the tape measure out and compare to the sizing chart.
@Land's End -- I would love to have a pocket on the the chest.

Rated 3 out of 5 by WIrunner OK, but not great
Didn't really like the pleats in the back. Made it shirt a bit snug. Material was not as soft as previously purchased shirts.

After wearing my last white shirt until the cuffs frayed, I decided it was time for a replacement. I had bought a no iron pinstripe shirt a few years ago from Lands End, so I went online to see what was on offer. I was disappointed to learn that the traditional no iron did not get favourable reviews, and had almost decided to look elsewhere when I came upon this shirt. The reviews were all good, and the quality and styling seemed exactly what I wanted, so I ordered one. I've only worn it once, but I have been really happy with the fit and styling. Unlike most other button downs, this one has some shaping to it, so it doesn't just look like a box on. I don't have much of a figure to begin with, so every little bit helps! I am pretty sure this shirt will be worn to frayed cuff stage as well!

Lands' End women's shirts have been a staple of my wardrobe for years. I love them! They can go from casual with jeans to dress sport with pants or a skirt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by bestmommabear5754 not wrinkle free
I was disappointed with this purchase. I bought two because I have a 10 year old land's end wrinkle free blouse that still looks and feels great but is a little worn out. Unfortunately the quality has slipped as this is thin cotton and gets very wrinkled. It also fits too tightly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kutchen Great shirt
I bought a Lands End shirt very much like this about 10 years ago and I literally wore it out. I had never checked to see if shirt was available again but it sure was. It took me about one minute to order another one! The shirt still has the same great quality and the fit is very true to size. I love this shirt because it can be worn so many ways; a little dressy, dressed down, with shorts, with jeans, almost anything. I have never been disappointed with Lands End's products and I am certainly not disappointed now!

Rated 2 out of 5 by VJW It was on sale at very reasonable price. Fabric is soft but wrinkles, irons out easily.
The fabric wrinkles after wash, in order to fit across bust the size was too big in neck. The price was very reasonable and that was why I ordered it, to have an extra white shirt. Would have returned it but had already washed it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by kitwings The fit is nice, but the fabric is impossible
The white fabric is so thin that three different nude colored bras all show right through it. I'm going to have to wear like a silk long undershirt or something to keep from visible lines and that annoys the SNOT out of me.
