Sleeves very small
The shirt was too small for the size. I wear an XL in just about everything but the sleeves on this shirt were cut way too small. The torso was fine.

kind of thin
I ordered this shirt to wear underneath sweaters, so I don't mind that it is a bit thin and see through as I will not be wearing it alone. If I were, I would be returning it. The sleeves are on the long side, which I also like because, again, I will only wear it under things. It is a bit scratchy, but I haven't worn it after it has been washed yet. I have it hang-drying right now because I do not want it to shrink.. hopefully after it dries and I fluff it a bit in the dryer, it will be softer. Kind of pricey for not being able to wear it alone, but I got it on sale for a really good price, so I will be keeping it.

Lands' End blouse quality is more erratic than a decade ago
I liked the blue so I ordered both regular and petite in my usual Lands' End size. The hidden placket seems skinnier than I expected. I am 5 feet, 4.75 inches tall and the petite sleeve length seemed perfect for me but the petite blouse is too short overall.
I want blouse hems to end at or slightly above the crease where my leg bends, but Lands' End petites end much higher up. The bust on the petite seemed almost snug so I much prefer the fit of the bust on the regular blouse in the same size, as well as the overall length of the regular blouse. However, the regular sleeves cover my knuckles completely and I would prefer that they end just below my wrist bone.
My usual solution is to roll up the cuffs of a Lands' End regular blouse a couple of turns and hope that a few trips through the dryer will shorten the sleeves just a bit.
I do think the quality of Lands' End clothing has really declined over the past decade. The fabrics and styling just don't hold to the old standard and some of the prints are just frightening.

perfect classy style
I have purchased this style shirt in several different colors and love them all. The fit is perfect , no gaps or pulls. I recieve compliments every time I wear these shirts. They wash and iron beautifully. I heartily recemmend this shirt. I am 5' 4" and weigh 130 lbs. and the 8P fit perfectly.

buttons keep coming undone
I bought this shirt in my regular size (8p) in the purple violet color. I like the fit, color and fabric. However, the buttons frequently come undone during the normal course of a day - sitting down, walking around the office, etc. I'm not sure why - maybe the button holes are too large?

So Disappointed In This Shirt
I have always liked the quality of Land' End products and that is why I purchased this shirt. I can not say that about this product at all! The fabric is very thin and as others stated it came out of the dryer wrinkled. It also itched when I wore it. I will be returning it.

The shirt itself is very good looking and the workmanship is fine
The shirt was okay but much too small. I gave this as a gift to my daughter and the size I gave her was correct, but she will be returning it.

NOT a no-iron blouse
This is not a no-iron blouse as it is advertised. There are no large wrinkles after laundering it but the fabric comes out crinkled looking...
