Women's Long Sleeve Cotton Interlock Button Ballet Tunic
Excellent purchase at a reasonable price.
This tunic is perfect for the workplace. It was purchased for a business casual environment. The size and color is perfect, and can be worn with pants or leggings of many colors.

Great for casual wear OR casual office attire....
For most Lands End items I order an XL though for this tunic the sizing seems generous to me, I almost wish I had purchased a Large in these instead like I did with the tunics from the Starfish line. The sizing seems consistent though, I purchased 3 colors and they were all the same size exactly. I got the cobalt blue, purple and rose colors and they are all gorgeous, saturated colors even after washing. I especially love the fabric of this tunic, it is 100% cotton and feels great on. Light-weight yet substantial, it seems to have a little "give" to it though and hangs wonderfully. Perfect for my over-heated office, I can dress this up for work or down for going out with the family on the weekend. I could take or leave the buttons along one shoulder, they do seem a bit juvenile but they don't bother me. I like the seamed neck detail as well as the open neck, other reviewers have mentioned this having a "boatneck" in their reviews. It doesn't seem like a true "boatneck" to me, it's more rounded, it's just that it's open at the neck which I really like. I also like how this has long sleeves and not 3/4 sleeves as so many tunics here seem to have. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish this tunic were a little more "fitted" like it appears on the model. The sleeves seem a little big and there is too much extra fabric under the arms and through the body. That might not have been a problem if I had ordered one size down but washing seems to be taking care of that problem without significantly shrinking the tunic. Overall I'm extremely happy with this item. I see there is only one color and limited sizes left as I write this review...please re-stock and add more colors Lands End!!!! This tunic is fabulous and I'd like a few more in different colors!!!! How about a navy, orange or red?!

Runs extremely small
I ordered this item in Regular XL thinking it would fit as a tunic, since it is described and modeled as such. Unfortunately, the fit was more like a regular top that fell to the hip bone rather than the thigh, and very snug. Perhaps it was a defective cut, but I had to return it (and pay the postage for that return). An unusual Land's End experience for me.

The tunic top is perfect for my leggings.
I love the fit and style for my leggings for casual wear.

Wears well and is comfortable.
The quality is great. Love the wash and tumble try. I was concerned about the boat neck since they do not usually stay up on my shoulders. This wears well and does not fall off.

Too quickly unavailable !
Disappointed that this tunic sold out so quickly. Love the fabric, wish there were more offerings in the cotton interlock.

I loved the picture of the Cotton Interlock Ballet Tunic, and liked the choice of colors. The style is good, and the material is very comfortable. I did find, however, that the fit was not as pictured. The sizing runs big, and the tunic is a little baggy. I would have preferred a smoother, more fitted look for work. I would order it again, but I would try a smaller size.

Love these tops. The material is just the right weight and hangs nicely. These tunics wash and tumble dry, looking great just hanging them on a hangar right out of the dryer. Good value for the money. Can be worn casually or dressed up with the right bottoms and jewelry for a dressier occasion.

This tunic, while a beautiful color and nice fabric, is cut way too baggy under the arms. It, therefore, looks shapeless in an unflattering way and makes a woman look larger than she really is. If the tunic was cut a little closer to the body under the arms and cut with a slight flare at the waist, it would transform this top into a chic tunic to pair with leggings. Better skip this one.

I wanted to love it
It's nice fabric for a knit and very soft. I was really hoping to love it. But it's VERY long (I am 5'8" and often buy talls and this was too long for me). The neck is just too wide for comfort too - I guarantee I'd have been tucking bra straps in all day. No thanks. I returned it. Looked shapeless and blah on.
