Women's Classic Cashmere Cardigan Sweater
Too big and boxy
Your sweaters are much too loose and big. I always order PXS (and I am not that small), but they are always very loose. You said you had made them more fitted, but I compared this one to an old one I have, and the only difference is the waist is 1/4" smaller.
I sent it back

very large and boxy
I always wear a M with Lands End tops (5'6", 150 lbs, 10/12), but this one is very large and boxy. I'm returning it for a small (size 6-8?!), but I may return that one, too. The shape is boxy, the cashmere is rather thin, and it's expensive! The Dijon Gold has an orange tint. Disappointing - I love LE products, but it seems like their sizing is WAY off (i.e. erring on the big side) this year.

Excessive pilling spoils the quality
Like many other reviewers, I have cherished my longtime cashmere sweaters from LandsEnd. I have 3 recent versions because I wanted the colors, but oh, did they pill up after only 2 or 3 wearings. My nice thick sweaters from 15 years ago have not pilled yet and they were the same price. I won't be eager to buy any more Lands End cashmere until the quality returns.

"Summer weight" was perfect
I wore this cardigan in emerald green everyday while vacationing in Amsterdam and Italy this spring. It was perfect for layering under a light jacket. In 45 degree, windy days I was very comfortable. I wore it over tank top on chilly mornings in Italy, draped over my shoulders as the day got warmer. The sweater did not pill did not wrinkle and I highly recommend it. Emerald green goes well with a surprising number of colors.

I bought this as a gift to be given to me. I have one set in an oatmeal color that was my mother's and I love it. I wanted blue to go with many thing I have. I will look forward to getting this because I know it fits wall and is nice and soft.

Not thick cashmere but handy, light cardigan
Fit is perfect for me. I wanted a black cardigan to wear at work. This cardigan fits the bill, nice cut, very handy. The only thing is it doesn't feel thick and soft like cashmere. Still a nice sweater just doesn't have that special cashmere feel. I would recommend it - just not at this price.

Argyle, No; Cashmere, Yes!
Oh, my sweet husband bought the argyle in Pink and orange. It was a Christmas gift so I didn't have the heart to tell him I am not a fan of argyle and hate orange! (24 years of marriage you would think he would know I don't like orange). I tried it on for fit to order another color. So comfortable I almost hated to send it back. I just can't pull off that color.
It is thinner cashmere than other sweaters I have, but I liked that about it. It will give me a longer wearing season and felt just wonderful on.
My only disappointment was lack of colors. The cardigans I liked had no matching shell or short sleeve available, so I'm ordering without one. Better luck next winter!

Poor quality for price paid
I ordered this in the black and it is definitely not the quality/thickness of previous years. Even the LE cashmere sweaters that my husband owns from previous years are thicker. You can actually see through it and the sizing seems smaller than the other ones I have in my closet. I wonder how thin the Year Round sweaters are compared to this one. Because of the new Borderfree rules for shipping to Canada, they changed the buttons on the one I received to a plastic mother of pearl type (which look fine) but when they cut off the extra one on the inside label, they cut a hole in the label and never bothered to replace the extra button. Too bad but this one is going back. Even on sale, the price is way too high for the quality of the sweater.

My 92 year-old mother loves it; it's lovely and soft on her tender skin and keeps her warm
Need I say more ...I have recommended Land's --End to several people here in Switzerland, especially for winter wear

This sweater was shapeless and the cashmere a very poor quality; along with being totally overpriced
