Too tight on top
This dress is made for flat chested women. It would be nice on someone slender. Not good for someone with a bust.

l love the dress!
I really like this dress, nice soft fabric, fit is perfect and it is very comfortable. I am planning on wearing it to a wedding in two weeks. I got the blue one and the colors are bright.....some may not like the brighter colors but the dress looks so nice on....you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Great Casual Work Wear
This dress is very comfortable, and the square neck is very attractive. The dress is a very nice lilac color and it runs pretty true to size. The skirt flares just enough to flatter a fuller figure and the band around the waist gives this casual dress a nice tailored look. Great value; top notch quality!

This dress is great for someone else, but it didn't fit my body. I'm 5'3", large busted and long wasted. I ordered a petite. It was a umpire fit, instead of a waist fitted dress for me. I loved the not too low, square neckline, fabric, and the colorful pattern. Unfortunately, it wasn't made for my body type. The regular might have fit my torso, but it would have been too long in length. Sadly it had to go back. It would be a darling dress for a small busted, petite gal.

Perfect for an hourglass girl
I'm smallish but curvy, and I have a hard times finding things that accommodate my chest (C-cup, which is supposed to be average!) and also fit my waist. Usually if something is big enough for my chest, it's too big in the waist and hangs like a tent. Or if it fits everywhere else, it's too tight in the chest. But this dress fits me perfectly in the waist and chest areas! Also I have a high waist, and the petite fits me just right. The fabric is soft and drapey (not cheep feeling, to me, like some reviewers have commented), as comfortable as a t-shirt, and not clingy or transparent so you don't need to wear a slip. The neckline is flattering, and my cleavage doesn't show, magic! It would be more perfect for me if the sleeves were a little bit longer, not quite so much like cap sleeves, and I would also prefer if the pattern was a bit smaller, but overall I'm VERY pleased. Make more of these dresses and I'll buy them!

Flattering and fun
I gained weight over the winter and my shape is more "hourglass" than ever. I needed a few transition dresses -- between seasons and sizes -- and LE was having a sale. I really relied on reviews to help me pick the right dresses for my figure, which is why I'm writing this review now. I am high-waisted and needed to find dresses that are kind to curves -- this dress fits the bill (I?m writing a similar review for all three dresses I just bought). I got it in the calypso (blue) motif. I was a little worried that the pattern might be unflattering since I'm not thin like the models; although the floral patterns are large and bright, the print works with the style of the dress. In fact, it has a kind of old-fashioned, retro feel that I really like. Overall, it?s a cute dress for casual summer occasions. I usually order a LE size small; while I could possibly wear a size 8 now, I'm not a 6. I ordered the dress in a medium, but in petite. I'm 5'4" and I'm happy with the length (hits at knee) and overall fit of the dress. There may be a little extra material around the midsection, but again, I'm between sizes and I do still have a fairly small waist. Because the dress has an attached, purely decorative belt it can?t actually be belted, which would be my one complaint. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I haven't laundered it yet, so I'm not sure how the fabric will hold up or how it will retain its shape over time.
