Too heavy
Really cute sandal. Very flattering but just too heavy. Not having a strap on the back makes the leg look longer, but it's also very hard to walk in these shoes because they're so heavy and they just "flop." They looked great on my feet just standing in front of the mirror, but they were not comfortable to walk in. I'll have to return them.

Shoes were a wide fit for me. Had to return them.

Too wide to wear!!!
I so wanted to love these shoes and thought I would. I wear size 6.5 or 7,depending on the shoe. I've always ordered B and, if anything, my foot is just a tad wide. I ordered a 7B in this shoe. The length is perfect, but the width - - they are so wide I can't keep them on my feet!

Far too big not in length or width, but in *height of strap*!
I was very disappointed that these attractive shoes had such an appalling fit! I have wide feet, size 8, with a very, very high arch. I ordered the 8W, and it fits length and width ways. There is a gap of about 3/4" between the top of my foot at the arch and the "overstrap". It is impossible to keep them on my feet when I walk, unless I clench my toes together to hang onto the shoe, and then shuffle.
When I read the other reviews I thought that the gap that people were talking about would not be an issue for me, as I find it difficult to find shoes that accommodate for my high arch...no such luck. The gap is extreme, and the shoes are being returned.

Disappointed with fit
Ordered the medium width and the sandal fits like a wide width. also, they were shipped in a plastic bag, no shoe box. These are well made, but I am disappointed with them. Should have paid more attention to the other reviews.

Bliss
I wear a 6.5 or 7 in D width, so bought the 7 wide in black. I wore them almost everyday last summer with jeans to dresses, and now am back for the bronze. I was recovering from plantar fasciitis, so any heeled shoe was painful. I also have high arches. These shoes were supportive, blissfully comfortable, and the platform looks like a heel while feeling almost flat. They are a little heavy, but that didn't bother me. The added bonus, after that much wear shoes can get a bit ripe, but these sandals didn't get stinky. Thank You Lands' End!

Attractive, but quite uncomfortable to wear.
This thong wedge looked stylish in the picture and probably comfortable, but in person the shoes were quite disappointing. They felt as heavy as a clog, and with the platform as well, I found it uncomfortable and even difficult to walk in them, so sent them back.

Cute shoes but difficult to walk in
The shoes are cute (color was the copper), the fit was true to size (7), the thong was comfortable but I am returning them because they are so hard to walk in. The back of the heel area is curved up toward the leg and it almost makes you feel like your foot is rocking. I don't know if the way I walk (maybe I come down more on my heel) causes this or not. Maybe you would get used to it, but it was not worth it for me to try at the price I paid for them.

Beautiful sandals!
These are a beautiful blue sandal! Style is really cute, platform sole is nice for short woman, too. Nice quality. However, they are very heavy, so they are going back. If you don't mind that, then I would recommend them. As a teacher, I am on my feet the entire day, so I think their weight would bother me after a while.

LOVE!!!
These sandals are fantastic! I have them in black and wore them to the office daily last summer. I wear a wide shoe, however I do not believe they run too wide as other reviewers mentioned. Personally, there was no break-in period. They were comfortable from day one. I'm back today for another pair (bronze). Thank you Lands End!!!
