I love these shorts.
I have several pairs of these shorts, and I live in them every day. They are extremely comfortable and fit great. They also launder easily.

Comfortable, but nice-enough-looking for a casual party.
Very comfortable fit, with an above average quality of fabric. Although a knit, this definitely NOT of sweat pant material. The first pair I bought was for a picnic I was attending, where I wanted to be comfortable but look nice. Both criteria were easily met. I subsequently ordered a 2nd pair in a different color. These shorts can be dressed up or down, depending on selection of top and footwear. (I also own the full pant-length version!)

Great shorts -- fit great, keep their shape, not too short, not too long, launder well, travel wonderfully! I am a definite fan!

Great Casual Shorts
I love the feeling of these shorts--very soft inside and the elastic waistband makes them very comfortable overall. I wear them at home and for walking and Tai Chi. The length is just right.
I prefer a more tailored style for shopping or going out but everyone should have a pair of these for relaxing and casual wear.

Better fit then Capris and pants
The shorts don't seem to have a huge expansion issue as the pants and capris in this design have. They are soft, comfortable and fit to size.

Hoping for More - Returning
I'm a long time Lands End fan and was looking for comfortable, casual shorts to wear every day. I'm normally a large, but bought a medium as I read the reviews that these ran large, and they seemed to fit. After one wear, they lost all shape and just hung there, I don't even want to wear them around the house. I'm stuck with the one pair, but glad I didn't open the second pair as those will be going back immediately!

Good shorts
They are comfortable and soft, and the only problem is that they are a little loose around the waist.

Perfect casual shorts
I ordered these in black years ago, and they've held up so well, I got them in another color. Unlike cheaper competitors, the seams don't shrink up with repeated washes, the pockets lay flat, and the fabric is substantial.

Really like the casual fit and they are great for around the house or just hanging out with friends!
Quality is good for the price and they look good, even after several washings. Good color selection! Do wish they had an olive green color!

This short feels soo soft and comfortable that I could sleep in it. This is perfect to slide on top of swim clothes.
