Women's Fit 1 Low Rise Slim Leg Jeans - Medium Indigo Wash
These jeans are now my favorite jeans, they are slim fitting without being so tight that they become leggings. The wais fits perfectly, no gaps, and is not too low. I am 5' 8" and bought a size 8, 32 length and they are perfect length with shoes or boots. Some reviewers felt the jeans were not slim enough, more like straight leg. In size 8 they are definitely NOT straight leg, they are slim. The medium wash looks nicely worn in. I've ordered another pair in the dark wash because I like these jeans so much.

Great pair of jeans
It's been a long time since I've found jeans that fit me so well. I got the longer length and they are perfect. Great fit. They don't lose their shape during the day. They wash well.

These are so comfortable and just perfect fit. I wear them with ankle boots and they sit right on top of the boot perfectly...so they are not over the boot or in the boot. Looks great!! Bought another pair in petite so they are 2 inches shorter (more of a capri look) for when spring comes that way I can wear them with sandals and wedges!!! LOVE!!!

I recommend these jeans with a caveat - but I do like them!
Okay, I have mixed feelings about these jeans. I'm keeping them because they are supremely comfortable and the indigo is weathered just right. I am 5'3" and weigh about 100 lbs. I wear 0 or 2 depending on style and manufacturer -- and usually order petite inseam, unless the regular is an ankle jean. I ordered 26 inseam here -- it works fine, a bit longer than an ankle jean, but it does not get tangled on the tops of my shoes, as 28" might do. My ideal inseam is 27". I ordered 2P. These jeans are roomy, and, if it had existed, I'd have taken them in 0p. They are neither skinny nor straight -- they are slim, kind of like the offspring of the marriage of skinny and straight. I wear size 2 in most skinny jeans, which are my fave cut; and size 0 in straight-leg jeans. As I noted, I would have preferred the fit of these in size 0. It annoys me when 0 and 00 are not available -- it is discriminatory! I would have to say that because of the roominess, these are not really quite true to size. I need a belt for them to fit and stay up best, and I like to be able to go beltless (belt free?!). Again, I am keeping them because of their comfort. I will use them for relaxed days, errands, going to the vet with the cats, or for hanging out. Strictly casual! Also, they are "loose" enough for tights when it gets cold. If you are looking for skinny jeans, these are not they, but, then, they are touted as slim, not skinny. You might need to size down -- or if between sizes choose the smaller. I will not spend money to reduce the size, but enjoy them as they are -- they ARE flattering and the rise is wonderful and sits well. I live in jeans and have many styles and types, and will enjoy wearing these, as a break from the skinnies and legging jeans which are my mainstay. I hope that these will eventually be available in size 0. I would love to have size 0 in a bleached wash! I recommend these -- just know what you are getting. And, if you are not as accustomed the the skinniest of skinny jeans, you will probably find the slimness just right. By the way, the rise seems mid, rather than low -- it is very well placed on me. They washed well -- I dry my jeans on the line, never in a drier. Shrinkage would probably not be in the places I'd like to see smaller, but in the places that are right! I never, ever put jeans in the drier. Also: I like the weight of the denim here - not too light, not too heavy. They are year-round jeans.

Nice weight to the fabric--doesn't feel flimsy. Just the right amount of stretch. Wash/dry well.

Color looks like mom jeans
From the photo, I thought these would be a cute vibrant blue. Instead, the wash looks like my mom's Wranglers. Too bad because they fit well & seem well made.

Not "mom" jeans
Land's End has clearly done a lot of research when designing these jeans. They look like the designer jeans I love, but fit better and cost much less. The wash is a medium shade with just a little fading which makes them slimming. The fit is perfect for a mom without looking like mom jeans. The fit is low rise, but not as low as the designer jeans. I can't believe I can buy such a great fitting pair of jeans at a great price. I hope that more washes will be available in the future.

Good, but not great
I first tried these on in a Lands End store and loved the fit. I had to order the 30" inseam online because our store didn't carry it. I washed on cold (per instructions) and then air dried them before first wearing. The first day of wearing was a busy day of running errands, in and out of car, lifting, keeping up with a busy toddler. The jeans did stretch out - a little saggy in the butt, a little loose in the legs, and about an extra 1/2 inch longer - but not as bad as some other brands do. Even though they stretched out, I don't have to constantly pull them up at the waist. They sit perfectly around my mid section. They do come down a little in the back when I sit, meaning I'll need to make sure I cover up back there by tucking in or wearing a long layer. I purchased size 8 x 30, which is what I wear in other brands. Maybe I'll try a little dryer time to tighten them up a bit!

When you put these on, they feel and look great. By the end of the day, they're too stretched. Two days and I can slide them off buttoned.

Cute and comfy
These jeans are soft and comfy and "gentle" around the tummy (aka they don't hurt or cut into my dreaded muffin top!). They do stretch as I wear them making them bigger on me by the end of the day which I don't love. I have 2 pair (this color and the camo color) which I like and will continue to wear but 2 is enough for me!
As for size, I wear a 12 in most brands and the LE 12s fit perfectly.
