PLEASE DON'T EVER CHANGE!
These are awesome..Please don't ever change them. I would rather pay more if I ever had to rather that cut back on quality. They wash or dry clean awesome. They layer wonderful especially in summer with AC in buildings. I cannot tell you how much I love these sweaters except to say that I have them in at least 15 different colors from various seasons. Since we dont wear suits to work anymore, this also dresses up a blouse or tee. Travels great too!

Lands' End has improved my favorite cardigan!
I'm a fan of LE cardigans and own several across the color spectrum (keep those new colors coming). I also have some LE Canvas cardi's, which are more appropriate for casual wear. I'm happy to see that LE has maintained a dressier look while making some improvements to the sweater, such as increased stretch and a better fabric drape; it's much less 'boxy' now. There's more banding at the hem and wrists too, which means sleeves stay in place when pushed up. I give the new design a thumbs up!

Love the colour
Just received my latest purchase in the coral shade which will be lovely and vibrant for the warmer weather. Over the years I've purchased several of these sweaters in different shades. They quality is good and has lasted well with wash and wear. To keep the integrity of the colour and shape, I wash by hand and lay flat to dry to ensure the colour stays vibrant. I will definitely purchase more in the future. This was an excellent buy at 40% off and free shipping.

Perfect Spring & Summer Sweater
In the past I have always bought the "chunkier" cotton sweaters, thinking that this lighter weight sweater might cling and wouldn't look good on my 1X size. But I was in Sears and tried one on a few weeks ago and fell in love with them. The softness of the pima cotton is wonderful, the colors are so pretty, and it's the perfect weight for chilly spring days or to combat air-conditioning. Started with Grass Green and paired it with L/End polka dot navy skirt and a white blouse, and got so many compliments at church. Perfect for work as well. This weekend went back to the store and bought Black and Laurel Blossom...and am tempted to add another color.

Fits big, but is comfy
I ordered this in a lovely plum color, which I love, but it fits too big. I don't dare send it back from overseas, because I already see that the color is not available in the size smaller. I have tried to shrink it in hot water and in the dryer, but so far no luck. I guess it will always be big on me. Other than that, it is very comfortable and I love the all-cotton wear-ability.

Nice cardigan
This is a nice cardigan although the shoulders are loose on me. I wish it was a little more fitted and it would be perfect. The pink color is very pretty and the material is soft.

Nice basic cardigan
This is a nice basic cardigan that can be worn to work with a skirt or slacks, or with jeans when going casual.
PROS: Lots of basic, as well as fun colors
CONS: As with a lot of Lands End garmets, the sizing is not quite right, at least for me. I wear a size 8. The Small (6-8) is too small. I had to return and get it in a Medium (10-12), which of course, is slightly big. Can only hope it shrinks a bit when I wash it. Also, even though it looks fine on the models, the neckline could be and inch or two lower to give it a better look.

Too much stretch, not enough Supima
This sweater has an almost rubbery feel due to the nylon or spandex it's woven with. I wish it was just made of cotton, like the excellent cable crew and cable v-neck cardigans from Lands' End. The cut and fit is flattering, but the material is too "sticky".

don't like this season's changes from previous versions
I have been buying (and loving) fine gauge sweaters since 1998 when they were 100% cotton and made in America. But I don't like this present version. The addition a few seasons ago of some nylon and some lycra was good, but this season the percentage of nylon has increased to 20% from 3%, and the cotton decreased to 76% from 96%. I don't like the feel of this year's sweater. It is very light weight and not very 'cottony'. And I don't like the wristband ribbing on this version, it seems more like the cuff on a turtleneck tee than that of a sweater. There is one good thing about this version, it seems to have addressed the problem with the neckline edging on older versions. I don't think it will come undone and require so much mending which is a great improvement. I'll probably hold off on more fine gauge twin sets til I see what the next version is like.

Sleeves too short
Maybe it's the new style but the sleeves on this sweater are way too short, and did not come near my wrists at all. I have normal to slightly longer arms, and if i were willing to push the sleeves up all the time like the picture, I suppose it would be 'ok', but I bought a sweater to wear to keep my arms warm. I'm returning it and looking elsewhere. Fabric quality seemed acceptable.
