Rated 5 out of 5 by Reebee Love this coat!
Got this because I needed a spring coat! Boy was I surprised. I love it! The fit is perfect for me, a woman with broad shoulders and long arms. The price was right and moreover, you can toss it in the wash. Perfect!!! I wish I would've brought it in black too.

Very disappointed with this coat. Returned it right away. The material was more plastic than fabric. What happened to just a nice, serviceable rain jacket for spring and fall with a little style and that is machine washable? I have been wearing the same black one I bought in Europe for 15 years because I have not been able to find a replacement. The cut on this one was perfect, but the fabric was just awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PleaseInMaine Disappointing Fit
Landsend sizing has always been consistent. I am a Large in just about everything. When I ordered this raincoat I order an XL thinking I could put a sweater under it in the fall and spring. Much to my disappointment, it was very tight across the shoulders and bust and it was returned. My problem with this item in no way alters my opinion of LE....perhaps next fall they will offer a similar coat with correct sizing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Leanor Not quite tailored perfectly
This coat looks great on the model, and I love its pretty polka-dot lining, but when it arrived, it was a bit of a miss. Although it fit just right across the chest, the shoulders looked puffy and large, and the sleeves and hem were a tad long for a Petite size. I had it custom-fit by a tailor, but there was nothing he could do about the puffy shoulders, which look quite odd, so I now wear it only when I must, on quick errands, and not as often as I would have liked. I wish Land's End would redo this model, but without the weird Victorian puffy shoulders... Straight classical tailoring would be preferable and more flattering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TheBean Wow! My search is finally over!
Wow! What else is there to say. I ordered this after searching the town high and low for a simple, stylish raincoat without being too trendy. When I checked Lands End, my search was finally over.
Details I LOVE:
1. Buttons down the front, No zippers anywhere - Beautiful and classic (In my opinion, there is nothing worse than a cheap plastic zipper or a flashy silver/gold zipper to ruin the look.)
2. The pleat in the back stays mostly closed due to the fact that the lining has no pleat - Great!
3. Topstitched seams for reinforcement. Nice to know my armhole seam won't rip while I'm reaching for something.
4. Has a nice tailored fit, not baggy or bulky.
5. Great pattern on the lining - Plus, it's a slippery lining, making it easy to get on without getting an arm stuck.
I am 5'4", 117 lbs. I ordered the XS Petite, and it fit very well!
I received a compliment the first time I wore this. I absolutely love this coat. It immediately became my favourite - I liked it so much, I also ordered another one in a different colour!

Plastic plastic and more plastic. Unlined and would feel extremely warm when worn. Returned it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kshoppal Basic raincoat that goes with everything
I was looking for a classic raincoat without a belt that comes in a petite size. This was also on sale. The color was not as dark as in the picture. The lining is cute. The only problem is that the coat makes a loud crackling sound when you move in it. Its not a soft flowy coat but it does fit and so I'm keeping it. Hope this review helps someone!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Seaglasser regretfully I had to return this item. Everything was exactly what I wanted but the sleeves were much too long, not petite sleeves that's for sure...
Quality was nice. I am five feet tall, the sleeves were 6 inches too long. I had to return the item.
