Women's Bianca Bow Ballet Shoes
Pretty shoe but weird sizing
I ordered my usual size 8 regular (medium width) and this shoe was so tight in the toe area that I could barely even get it on over a thin sock, and it was far too uncomfortable to walk in. So I re-ordered in size 8 1/2 (medium width) and while the new pair fit great in the toe box, they were too big in the heel and I walked right out of them (again, wearing thin socks). The size 8 1/2 fit like a size 9 because they are so much looser than the size 8.
Since I love the pretty pink ("Vibrant Fuchsia") color and these shoes go with a lot of my clothes, I decided to keep the 8 1/2 pair and just wear heavy socks with them. (The Vibrant Fuchsia was also on sale.) These shoes are very cute and the padding in the footbed is good, but you may have difficulty finding the right fit because of the weird sizing.

Lands' End, PLEASE make 5.5 WIDE again!
I probably should have been suspicious when I picked up 3 pairs of 5.5 WIDE ballet flats this summer on crazy, good sales, but I was too happy to question it. Then Fall came and I found ZERO pairs of shoes in 5.5 WIDE, not even ugly ones. I figured maybe LE re-sized their shoes and I ordered 6 WIDE since that was the smallest size for ballet flats. Clearly, I was wrong! The 6 WIDE looked like clown shoes on me! I had no hope of even taking a step in them and staying in. PLEASE go back to making 5.5 WIDE again! It is a very rare size and I was glad to finally find a source for 5.5 WIDE that cost less than the $200+ that I have to pay at specialty stores for much less attractive shoes. HELP!

Cheap looking and run small
I went into Sears to try these last week, because I have been looking for a pair of burgundy (merlot) colored flats, and before I splurged on a pair from a different retailer I had to try these. I was wearing my LE Emma ballet flats that day, which are actually my favorite pair because they are so cute and SO comfy.
The difference between those (which are from a couple years ago) and these was really sad. They only had black in store so that is what I am commenting on. The Biancas are really cheap looking - the leather does not look or feel like leather. It is very stiff too. They were comfortable from what I could tell - the ones I tried were too tight. But the width and everything was good.
The worst part is, these run small! My normal 10 was too small, and as always, LE does not carry 10.5!!! LE, PLEASE CARRY 10.5 IN WOMEN'S SHOES!!! The 11s are always way too big. I'd love to try the Merlot and see if they are any better looking, but I know the 10s would be too small and 11s too large, so I'm going to pass and go with the expensive ones from another brand.

Too wide in the heal
The look of these shoes is very nice, however, the heal from the get go is too wide. My heals slipped out of the shoes as I walked. I will be returning them.

I have been searching high and low for years for a pair of quality ballet flats that will last longer than one season and these will last! I was disappointed initially because they gave me blisters on the backs of my feet as well as by my baby toes and was ready to send them back. I kept wearing them and I finally broke them in - they get more comfortable each time I wear them! I had to re-tie the bow on one of my shoes because it looked a little funny when it arrived and I haven't had a problem with the ties on either shoe coming undone. I got them in luggage tan and I feel it is a universally flattering shade and the leather is wearing beautifully. I definitely will be back for more colors!

Trimmed with grosgrain ribbon not allowing "give" when walking.
My shoe closet is filled with Lands End leather shoes. Always a superior constructed shoe in leather.
Purchased 2 pair and was so disappointed because these shoes are trimmed in grosgrain ribbon and do not allow any flex when walking. I really wanted to be able to keep these beautiful perfect color shoes.
After wearing 10 minutes in house had red welts at base of both big toes. Shoe repairman said they were "unstretchable" due to trim and wouldn't even attempt. I have very normal size 7 feet with no swelling, fat or edema. A larger size would have been loose in the back.

Perfectly chic and trendy
I have two different pairs of this shoe and love the fit and colors of both. I got the Cobalt Blue earlier in the summer and have worn it endlessly. Color is so fun! Now, I just received today the Rich Purple for fall and winter and it is as lovely. The cut to just barely toe cleavage is chic and high fashionable and the metal tips on the ties at the toe add a little 'kick' when walking. Love 'em :-)

I have bought many, many Lands' End items over the years and have typically been very happy. However, I was very disappointed in these shoes. (I bought 2 pairs--pink and blue.) For the price, they were very flimsy and the ties constantly came undone. They fit in a very strange way, showing way, way too much toe cleavage.

Not worth full price
Leather was wrinkled on one of the shoes making it look cheaply made. I found the fit to be too tight in the toes in my normal size. I returned them and decided against ordering a wide as I was afraid that they would be too loose at the heel. A positive - the gray color was attractive.

Wish these fit me
Love the look but not the fit. They cut into my foot at just the wrong place in front. Sorry to have to return.
