Still cute...
This skirt is just right! Not so long it is grandmaish. I'm 5'1" and I got the petite.

Perfect
This gives just the right amount of extra coverage without looking like a "grandma" suit. It fits beautifully thanks to the flat, wide waistband - no muffin top.

Excellent quality
As always, I'm very happy with the quality of the Land's End swimwear. I like the mini swim mini better that the regular swim mini (that one is really too long for my tastes).

Perfect Fit
I love this mini Swim-mini! Others have complained about the suit being too low waisted, but I have to disagree. It fits exactly as shown in the picture. If you are not comfortable showing this much abdomen, then this suit is not for you! Thank you Lands End for giving such a wide range of suits for people of different builds and comfort levels!

This skirt is perfect!
I swim daily so I need a good quality durable light weight skirt. I have ordered four of these now and love the short length and comfy soft foldover waistband! Wish it came in red and also white.

Too Low Waisted
(Almost) everything about this cute bottom is just right: the color, the fabric, the back length---except the height of the waistline. I should have paid more attention to the reviews which mentioned that the waist was way too low for comfort. Some women said that they liked the low waist, but, for me, it was just too low, and it felt like it might slip off. It fit well, though, not too tight or loose, just low, and I loved the fabric. The length in the back falls just in the right place to hide what women want to hide when they get a skirtini. The photo does show the waist hitting below the hip bones, but in reality it felt much lower. I will return this piece, and am not sure whether a larger size would be higher while still fitting snugly enough. I'm really disappointed, but, maybe for others, this is the right mini.

A Total Winner!
I LOVE this swim mini. I'm 5'8" and wear a size 6 bottom. The wide waistband hits me at the bottom of my hips bones for a very flattering hip hugger look. Being a "certain age" I like the stylish coverage it provides, while also being very practical. I have worn this in very rough ocean surf and it does not budge. It dries fast, and has kept it shape and integrity. I am going on my second season with my first mini, now swimming daily in chlorine and the fabric is still holding up. I alternate it with two tops, a tankini and a bikini top. After trying less expensive mini's in a department store, I'm coming back to Land's End and ordering another for the quality and fit. Some reviewers have mentioned that a higher waistband would be an improvement on this item, but I disagree. If you want that kind of coverage, get a one piece, a swim mini is not what you are looking for. Or consider a long tankini top to provide the coverage in the belly area. This mini is perfect the way it is.

Love this skirt but....
I bought two of these skirts last year and absolutely loved the shorter length and fit. I am 5' 3" and a size 8 and I ordered up to a size 10 which was perfect. I went online this year in hopes they would have had this skirt in some of the prints they offer in the other styles and was disappointed they only have them in solids again this year.
LANDS END....YOU REALLY NEED TO OFFER THIS SKIRT IN SOME OF THE PRINTS YOU OFFER IN SOME OF THE OTHER STYLE SKIRTS AND TOPS YOU CARRY!!

Love it!
Per the reviews, I ordered a size larger than I would normally. The fit was good. Loved the length of the skirt--as short as it could be and still be a skirt. I'm short-waisted, and the waistband sits only about an inch-and-a-half below my belly button. The tankini top was plenty long enough to cover the top of the skirt. I may order another one in a different color.

Great Swimsuit Bottoms!
I love the fact that you can mix and match them. I found that the size 6 was a little tighter than I wanted. I expected it to be A-lined, but it's more of a pencil skirt bottom. Still a great suit as I plan to match to other tops.
