Plus size suit is 6-8 inches too short
I do water aerobics and look for polyester suits because they last so much longer. I took advantage of one of your coupon deals and ordered two suits and had to send them back! When I pulled the suit up, the cups only came to the middle of my rib cage and stopped. This suit is way too short for an average or long torso. I cannot imagine how short your torso must be for this to fit. Please offer more polyester suits and give us the option of long plus.

Not the usual Lands' end quality like before!
This suit was not well made. It ran small and was flimsey. The color was vibrant and looked like it would hold up in chlorinated water but it did absolutely nothing for me in the line of flattery. I am finding that I am unfortunately having to look elsewhere for good fitting stylish lap suits.

No Lining
This suit is light weight and fits great but it is not lined, therefore it is thin and "shows" everything. Sent it back.

This suit is exactly what I needed to get me moving again!
I recently retired and after many sedentary years behind a desk, I vowed to spend my new found free time getting more physically active and fit. I have a rather significant scoliosis S-curve and it is difficult to find tops that fit and straps that don't slip down my arm. In my early twenties, I was 5' 7 1/2" tall and people called me 'long-waisted' but due to the scoliosis am now four inches shorter and my ribs sit practically on my hip bones. I am small-breasted; my measurements indicated a size 10 in the bust but size 12 or larger in the waist and hips. After much discussion with a very helpful customer service rep (who recommended a size 10 petite) I decided to order both a size 10 and 12 petite and see which fit better. The 10 fit well and is flattering on top and with just minimal care I got it over my hips; it doesn't feel too small nor look too tight across the tummy, hips and butt. The 12 was too large on top and too long. The cross-over back in this style eliminates the problem of shoulder straps falling down and overall the suit minimizes and masks the asymmetry of my back and chest. I also tried both a 10 and 12 petite in the AquaFitness Butterfly Y-back but found this style is very unflattering on me. I’ve been doing lap swimming three times per week now and am up to 50 laps per session. The suit performs well in the water, doesn’t loosen or sag. I rinse the suit out in cold water after use and let it air dry and after eight sessions, the colors and fit are still true. I’m already noticing an increase in stamina, a decrease in hip and waist measurement, and an overall happier outlook and more positive self-image. It helped a lot to have the right suit to get me headed back in the right direction!

Too Low neckline for swim workouts
The suit fit fine for the size I purchased. I am 5'2", 120 lbs, a ordered a 4 Petite. The fabric is nice. However, the neckline was was too low for my comfort. I don't need them to be particularly high necked either but since the purpose of the swim wear for me is lap swim and not fashion, the neckline was not functional for my swimming. I returned the suit.

Very flattering and functional
I bought this suit for water aerobics, and I'm very pleased. The design of the top does a great job of flattering my very small bust; overall it's very flattering to the figure. It's also very comfortable to wear for exercise.

Design flaw
I had to return this suit because it didn't fit through the bust. I don't know what was wrong with the design but it looked and felt so strange, maybe because it was polyester. I bought it thinking it would be more chlorine resistant. I have many Lands End bathing suits and have been happy with most of them. I exercise 3 times per week in the pool and the Y. I noticed there are less one piece suits with bust size of DDD this season. I miss that.

Really Flatters!
I'm extremely pleased with this suit! The lines on the torso carve out a skinny waist and figure and it's very comfortable. The v-neck cut is very flattering as well. I'm taller (5' 10') and regular torso LE styles absolutely do not work, but the talls are perfect. I would say it runs a little big, but I think it's partly to do with the criss-cross straps on the back having a little give in them for swimming laps. I have a far from perfect figure but this suit actually makes me feel comfortable in my own skin! It's definitely a "sportier" look, but you will look great just walking on the beach in it too!
I was worried my stomach would not look very good after reading reviews, but the elongated lines running vertical very much distract from anything you may think is wrong with you in that area:) But the reviews are right, it doesn't have any extra material to suck your tummy in there.

Beware if you have a belly
I was thrilled to find a comfortable-looking well-made suit that would resist the heavy-duty chlorine (bromine, actually) in the warm water pool where I exercise 2x/week. But I sent it back because the design was incredibly unflattering. If you are at all self-conscious about your stomach, you wil not like this suit. Rather than "carving out" the appearance of a waist line with bold stripes on the sides of the suit, these stripes curve outward over your stomach, emphasizing and outlining your belly so you appear to be pregnant. Very poor design for the demographic they are targeting!
